| المستخلص: | \nهدف المقال الي القاء الضوء على خصائص المعلم وواجباته في الهدي النبوي. واستخدم المنهج الوصفي. لتوضيح هذه الخصائص والواجبات. وتمثلت في إخلاص العلم والعمل لله. وصدق المعلم. ومطابقة القول العمل. وتحلي المعلم بالأخلاق الحسنة انطلاقا من كونه قدوة وتشبها بصفات الرسول صل الله عليه وسلم. وحسن هيئة المعلم. والرفق بالمتعلم والإحسان إليه فهو الأكثر تأثيرا على التلاميذ. والعدل والمساواة. وتواضع المعلم. وشجاعته في الكلمة والاعتراف بالخطأ والقصور البشري. ومزاح المعلم مع تلاميذه. والصبر واحتمال الغضب. وتجنب الكلام الفاحش البذيء. وحرص المعلم على الازدياد من العلم لتكوين شخصيته ومواكبة تطور البحث العلمي وعدم الإصابة بالجمود. كما أن المعارف الضئيلة لدى المعلم قلما تثير أذهان التلاميذ ولم يفد المعلم تلاميذه.كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018\n The goal of the article is to shed light on the characteristics of the teacher and his duties in the prophetic guidance (peace and grace be upon him). The descriptive approach was used to clarify these characteristics and duties. They were represented by the dedication of science and work for the sake of Allah, the teacher honesty, matching says with actions. The teacher to be characterized by good morals based on his role model and take an example of the Prophet (peace and grace be upon him). Good looking of the teacher and the affinity to the learner and treating him in a good way , which is the most influential on students, Justice and equality, the modesty of the teacher, and courage in saying and admitting of human error and shortcomings. The teacher joke with his students , patience and the control of anger, and avoid obscene and abusive speech has good effect on the learners in addition to the teacher's keenness to increase his knowledge in order to shape his personality and keep pace with the development of scientific research and avoid stagnation.
