| 520 | |a يستعرض هذا البحث المداخل والأفكار النظرية المختلفة في دراسة تغير التركيب الاجتماعي الحضري بالمدينة ، فيهتم الجزء الأول منه بعرض العناصر الرئيسية في دراسة التغير والتي تندرج تحتها أغلب المكونات الأخرى وهي : أنواع التغير ، عوامل التغير، وعناصر التغير ... ونظراً لأهمية دراسة تلك المكونات السابق ذكرها عند دراسة تغير التركيب الاجتماعي الحضري للمدينة كان لابد من تحديد إيطار نظري للبحث فيها وهو ما سيتم من خلال دراسة مناهج ونظريات التغير ... ولذلك سيهتم البحث - بالجزء الثاني والثالث - بعرض الأدبيات التي تناولت مناهج ونظريات التركيب الاجتماعي الحضري للمدينة وتطورها عبر المراحل الزمنية المختلفة ، واختلاف روادها في تفسير تركيب المدينة من حيث : توزيع العناصر المختلفة بها والعوامل المؤثرة في ذلك وأنواع التغير الناتجة عن هذا النمو فيما بعد ... وبذلك نستطيع القول بأن مفكري ورواد تلك المناهج - إنطلاقاً من المفاهيم والإتجاهات المحتلفة لكل منهج - قدموا نظريات متعددة صنفت ضمن مداخل مختلفة حاولوا من خلالها تفسير تغير التركيب الاجتماعي الحضري في المدينة ، وقد إتبع البحث التصنيف التالي لتلك المناهج :\n(المناهج المبكرة Early Approaches - أوائل القرن العشرين ، المناهج الحديثة Modern Approaches– من 1916 إلى 1980، مناهج مابعد الحداثة Postmodern Approaches – من 1980 إلى 1990) بهدف الوصول إلى أنسب مدخل بالمناهج الحديثة في دراسة وتفسير التركيب الاجتماعي الحضري بأي مدينة .\nالتركيب الاجتماعي الحضري Urban social structure- نوع التغير Type of change- عوامل وقوى التغير Factors and the forces of change- عناصر التغير Elements of change– النمو العمراني Urban growth– استعمال الارض Land use. | ||
| 520 | |f This study examines the different theoretical routes and thoughts in respect to studying the change of the urban social structure within the city. The first part is concerned with presenting the main elements of the study of change and underneath which most of the other elements fall under. These include: The types or kinds of change, the factors of change and the components of change. In light of the importance of those elements mentioned previously when studying the change of the urban social structure of the city, it was necessary to set a theoretical scope for its study and this is what will be fulfilled through the study of the approaches and theories of change … As such, the study, in the second and third parts, will be concerned with presenting the literature which addressed the approaches and theories related to the urban social structure of the city and their development over different stages of time and the difference of its pioneers in respect to explaining the structure of the city in terms of: The distribution of the different elements in it, the influential factors in respect to that and the type of change resulting from this growth or development following that … By that, we are able to say that the thinkers and pioneers of those approaches, based upon the different concepts and directions of each approach, have presented numerous theories which have been classified within different routes, through which they attempted to explain the change of the urban social structure within the city.
