المستخلص:Purpose: The purpose of this study wad to developing biomechanics of accuracy spike performance following a 6 weeks specific training skill- based conditioning training program for volleyball juniors. Methods: Researchers use the experimental method using two sets, sixteen junior volleyball players (mean ± SD: age 17.64 ± 0.21 years, body height 186.87 ± 2.47 cm, and body mass 70.2 ± 2.35 kg) were randomly assigned to participated in this study, the experimental grope have been applied specific training skill-based conditioning (6) a week, by (3) training 60 minutes a week to each one, It was a post test to compared the pre-test by using statistical procedures: (T-Test) in biomechanical variables selected, and the of accuracy spike performance test. Results: The results showed that the suggested training program improved most of biomechanical variables related to accuracy of spike performance; also, there are significant differences between measurements for the two experimental and, control group in biomechanical variables and the accuracy of spike performance for experimental grope. Conclusions: It is recommended to use specific training skill-based conditioning training program for developing biomechanics of the accuracy of spike performance for junior volleyball, Use Biomechanical variables in the objective evaluation of different skill performances.
