| المستخلص: | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور الأسرة في تنشئة الأبناء على العمل التطوعي، سواء بما تمثله الأسرة كقدوة للأبناء من خلال مشاركتها في العمل التطوعي، أو من خلال ما تسلكه الأسرة من أساليب لتوجيه الأبناء نحو العمل التطوعي، كما تهدف إلى معرفة أثر متغيرات (التعليم، العمر، الدخل) على دور الأسرة في التنشئة على العمل التطوعي. وقد تمثل مجتمع الدراسة في طلاب المرحلة الثانوية بمدينة جدة، وبلغت عينة الدراسة (392) طالباً أخذت بطريقة عشوائية من أربع مدارس. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة أعدت استبانة تم التحقق من صدقها وثباتها، وتكونت بالإضافة إلى البيانات الأولية من محورين الأول يتعلق بجانب القدوة والآخر يتعلق بجانب التوجيه. وقد كشفت الدراسة عن دور متوسط الفعالية فيما يتعلق بتنشئة الأبناء على العمل التطوعي سواء من حيث دور الأسرة كقدوة في العمل التطوعي أو دورها في توجيه الأبناء نحو العمل التطوعي. كما تبين من الدراسة عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغيرات (التعليم، العمر، الدخل) عدا المستوى التعليمي بالنسبة للأم فقد تبين وجود أثر لهذا المتغير لصالح المستوى التعليمي فوق الجامعي وذلك في محور القدوة، وكذلك تبين وجود أثر في هذا المحور لمتغير الدخل لصالح الفئة من 8000 إلى أقل من 10000 ريال. This study aims at knowing the role of the family in the apbringing of the sons to voluntary work either through what the family represents as a good example/ model for the sons through their participation in voluntary work ,or through the ways that are used by the family to guide their sons toward voluntary work. It also aims to investigate the effect of variables (education, age, income) on the role of the family in the upbringing sons towards voluntary work. The study population is represented in secondary stage students at Jeddah City, and the study sample reached (392) students token randomly from four schools. To achieve the aims of the study, a questionnaire was prepared & verified its validity and reliability, and formed of two axes, addition to the initial data, one of them regards to the example/good model side and the other regards to the side of guidance. The study results revealed that there is an average effective role with regard to the upbringing of the sons to voluntary work both in terms of the role of the family as a model/ example in voluntary work or its role in guiding. The study also , found that there were no statistically significant differences due to the variables of (education, age, income), except for the educational level for the mother which was having the effect of this variable at the favor of the educational level above the university that was in the axis of role model/ good example, as well as it has showed the existence of an impact on this axis to the income variable category of (8000 to less than 10,000) riyals . |
