| المستخلص: | الغرض الرئيس لهذا البحث هو التعرف على مدى إسهام التعليم الإلكتروني في معالجة ندرة الكفاءات التدريسية، إذ ازدادت أهمية التعليم الإلكتروني في الآونة الأخيرة نتيجة التغييرات المتسارعة التي شهدها العالم في مجال تكنولوجيا المعلومات، فضلاً عن زيادة الطلب على الكفاءات العلمية لدورها الكبير في دفع المجتمع لمواكبة كافة التقدمات التي يشهدها العالم، ومن هنا تبلورت فكرة البحث. وقد أشارت مشكلة البحث إلى وجود قصور واضح لدى معظم أفراد العينة المبحوثة بأهمية التعليم الإلكتروني في المدارس. وقد اختيرت المدرسة المتوسط الغربية للبنين كميدان للبحث، إذ تم اختيار عدد من التدريسيين العاملين في المدرسة كعينة للبحث وبواقع (30) فرداً. وقد اعتمدت الاستبانة كأداة لجمع بيانات البحث والتي تم إعدادها من قبل الباحثين وتم إخضاعها لمقاييس الصدق والثبات ثم توزيعها على أفراد العينة المبحوثة. ولإدخال وتحليل بيانات البحث استخدام البرنامج الإحصائي الجائز (SPSS) في إدخال وتحليل بيانات البحث ومن أهم الأدوات المستخدمة في التحليل هي: "النسبة المئوية للاتفاق، الوسط الحسابي، الانحراف المعياري، معامل الاختلاف". وقد أفرزت هذه الأدوات عدد من النتائج أكدت معظمها على صحة الفرضيات الرئيسة والفرعية التي انطلق منها البحث. وعليه أوصى الباحثان على ضرورة زيادة اهتمام المدارس بالتعرف على أهم التطورات التي شهدها التعليم الإلكتروني في الدول المتقدمة في العالم والاستفادة من تجاربها. Main purpose of this research is to identify the extent of the contribution of e-learning in addressing the scarcity of qualified teaching staff، as the increased importance of e-learning in the recent result of changes accelerated witnessed by the world in the field of information technology، as well as increased demand for scientific talent for its significant role in pushing the community to keep abreast of all advances taking place in the world، hence the idea crystallized search. The research indicated a problem to the existence of clear failure of most members of the surveyed sample of the importance of e-learning in schools. Middle school was chosen Bank for Boys the search، as it has been to choose the number of teachers working in the school as a sample to look at (30) individuals. The questionnaire has adopted as a tool for research and data collection that has been prepared by the researchers have been subjected to standards of validity and reliability then distributed to the members of the surveyed sample. And to introduce and analyze research data use may be statistical software (SPSS) in the introduction and analysis of research data، and the most important tools used in Lhalal are: "the percentage of the agreement، the arithmetic mean، standard deviation، coefficient of variation." These tools were produced a number of results confirmed that most of the health Alish and sub-hypotheses which launched the search. Accordingly، the researchers recommended the need to increase the interest of schools to identify the most important developments in the e-learning in the developed countries in the world and benefit from their experiences. |
