| المستخلص: | This research is intended to study the problems facing public pro-jects in Sudan as general . The research also discussed the reasons of establishing these projects, and the connection between the perfor-mance of the projects and the administrative policies, the systems and laws of public administration . The research displayed analysis of the results of the field study done by the researcher concerning the elements and systems effected the efficiency of the public projects. In the same time the study shows that why the efficient employees leave their positions in the public projects, and employ in the private sector projects. The study also shows the reasons of bad will feeling of the employees in public pro-jects. The research results with some treatments to avoid negative effects of the systems and different elements on the public projects. |
