| المستخلص: | لقد كان للطلب الاجتماعي المتزايد على التعليم الجامعي العالي وعدم استيعاب الكليات والجامعات الحكومية جميع أعداد خريجي وخريجات الثانوية العامة الذين يتزايدون عاماً بعد عام، فكان لهذين العاملين الأثر الكبير في السماح للقطاع الخاص بالمشاركة في إنشاء الكليات والجامعات الأهلية. واستقطبت هذه الكليات والجامعات أعداداً لا بأس بها من خريجي وخريجات الثانوية العامة مما خفف الضغط بعض الشيء على الكليات والجامعات الحكومية. \ وقدمت الكليات والجامعات الأهلية برامج دراسية أكاديمية متميزة يحتاج إليها سوق العمل في عصر يتسم بالتطور السريع في كل مناحي الحياة. وقدمت هذه الدراسة تعريفاً بجامعة الأمير سلطان الأهلية والجامعة العربية المفتوحة – وكل منهما في مدينة الرياض – كمثال على الجامعات الأهلية في المملكة العربية السعودية، وتم التعرف على ما تقدمه الجامعتان من البرامج الدراسية الأكاديمية المتخصصة، إضافة إلى معرفة الوسائل التقنية الحديثة ومصادر التعلم المستخدمة في الجامعتين. \ وأكدت كثير من الدراسات والأبحاث والتجارب على أهمية التعليم العالي الأهلي الذي يتم تمويله من قبل القطاع الخاص عبر المؤسسات والشركات، ومرت كثير من دول العالم بهذه التجربة مما جعلها ضرورية وحتمية، ذلك أن إسهام القطاع الخاص في التعليم العالي سوف يساعد على النهوض بالنوعية والاهتمام بالكم في العملية التعليم الجامعي، كما أنه يقلل من النمطية التي يتسم بها التعليم الجامعي الحكومي، ويضفي على التعليم المزيد من التنوع في التخصصات. وهدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تقديم تعريف لكلاً من جامعة الأمير سلطان الأهلية والجامعة العربية المفتوحة والتعرف على ما تقدمه من برامج تعليمية. بالإضافة إلى الإجابة عن: \ - هل حققت الجامعات الأهلية ممثلة في جامعة الأمير سلطان الأهلية والجامعة العربية المفتوحة أهداف التعليم العالي الأهلي في المملكة العربية السعودية؟. \ - هل مخرجات التعليم في الجامعات الأهلية ممثلة في جامعة الأمير سلطان الأهلية والجامعة العربية المفتوحة تفي باحتياجات سوق العمل في المملكة العربية السعودية؟. \ ومن خلال الوثائق التي تم الإطلاع عليها ومن المعلومات والبيانات التي تم الحصول عليها من الجامعتين وباستخدام المنهج الوصفي الاستدلالي وعن طريق تحليل المعلومات المتاحة للدراسة أمكن معرفة أن أهداف الجامعتين تتوافق تماماً مع أهداف التعليم الأهلي في المملكة العربية السعودية. ونظراً لما تقدمه الجامعتان من تخصصات أكاديمية وتدريب عملي بالإضافة إلى تميز هيئة التدريس فإن خريجي وخريجات الجامعتين يجدوا العمل المناسب في سوق العمل وذلك بسبب ما تسلحوا به من تأهيل علمي نظري وتدريب ميداني في مجالات تخصصاتهم. \ ولقد قدمت الدراسة بعض التوصيات التي كان من أهمها أن تقتصر الكليات والجامعات الأهلية على التخصصات الفعلية التي يحتاج إليها سوق العمل وخطط التنمية في المملكة، إضافة إلى أن يتم توزيع الكليات والجامعات الأهلية على مناطق المملكة وذلك تحقيقاً لمبدأ التنمية المتوازنة. وأن تباشر وزارة التعليم العالي الرقابة المستمرة الهادفة والفعالة على الكليات والجامعات الأهلية لضمان التكامل بين مؤسسات التعليم العالي وتحقيق الأهداف المرجوة من هذه المؤسسات. As the demand of society's increases for higher education and the low capacity of governmental colleges and universities to accommodate such demand increases number of high school graduate year after year, for those two reasons most effect to give ways and permit private sector to establishes private colleges and universities. Those private institutions attracted a good number of high school students graduate which result on lowering the demand somewhat on the governmental institutions \ Private colleges and universities introduces specialized programs and academics fields of studies that the Saudi's employment market demand most in an age of growth and development in all life dimensions. This study introduces Prince Sultan University and Arab Open University where they both located in Riyadh city as an example for private institutions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, to give the recognition what those two university offers from programs and specialized academic studies fields and academics majors of studies, as well as to recognize the new modern techniques and educational resources used in both university \ Large numbers of studies and researches as well as experiences point out and prove \ how important private higher education that have been subsidized and supported through those private agencies and companies. A large number of world countries went through this experiment which made it a necessity and an essential, therefore the contribution of the private sector to the higher education will gives ways for the rise to the qualities and the importance quantities in higher education as well as lower the old methods that effects governmental higher education and well add more options for specialize field of studies. The objective of this study to introduce a complete understanding and recognition for both Prince Sultan private university and the Arab Open University and what these tow universities offer in the education programs as will as to answer to answer: \ -Is private higher education represented by both Prince Sultan private university and the Arab Open University achieved the goals of private higher education in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia? Is the outcome of graduates' students represented by both Prince Sultan private university and the Arab Open University satisfied the demands of labor market in Saudi Arabia? \ Through examining the official documents and statistical information obtain from both universities and using the qualitative descriptive methods and statistical analysis of such information the study find that those two universities educational goals matches those goals set forth by the ministry of higher education in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia for private higher education. Therefore as a result of specialized academic and training programs by highly qualified faculties the graduate students of both universities find suitable employment in the job market as a result of their highly specialized skills in both theoretical and in the field training to what the job market demand most. \ This study introduces a number of recommendations most important one that the private universities should focuses on those program that the job market need most and strategic of Saudi's development plans demand most, as well as those private universities should be introduce in different regions of the kingdom to ensure equalities and to be over sight by the ministry of higher education to insure the qualities and to achieves its goals for all higher institution all over Saudi Arabia. |
