| المستخلص: | الحمد لله رب العالمين، والصلاة والسلام على أشرف الأنبياء والمرسلين، نبينا محمد وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين، وبعد: فمنذ نشأ القول بالمجاز وظهرت الدراسات الخاصة به تعريفاً واستخداماً؛ كان أثره ظاهراً في اختلاف المفسرين، بل ترتب عليه أمور شنيعة؛ حيث كان تكأة للكثير في تعطيل النصوص الشرعية وهدر دلالاتها. وقد جاء هذا البحث ليسلط الضوء على المجاز وأثره في اختلاف المفسرين، حيث يُعرّف بالمجاز، ثم يتناول نشأة هذا المصطلح والمراحل التاريخية التي مرّ بها قبل استقراره، ومنه ينطلق إلى تحرير مسألة وقوع المجاز في القرآن الكريم، ثم يخلص إلى إبراز أثر المجاز في اختلاف المفسرين سواء في المعاني التفسيرية أو الأحكام الفقهية أو المسائل العقدية . ومن خلاله يتضح أن أثر المجاز في اختلاف المفسرين في المعاني التفسيرية والأحكام الفقهية يُعد يسيراً مقارنة بأثر المجاز في اختلاف المفسرين في المسائل العقدية، حيث يظهر أثر المجاز جلياً في المسائل العقدية، ويتبين أن الخلاف فيها ناشئ عن القول بالمجاز، ولهذا لا تجد أصلاً لهذا الخلاف عند السلف، وإنما هو ناشئ عن المبتدعة الذين أسسوا للمجاز ثم اتكأوا عليه في الاستدلال لمذاهبهم والرد على مخالفيهم . هذا، والله تعالى أسأل أن يجعل عملي خالصاً لوجهه الكريم، والحمد لله رب العالمين . (The figurative effect in Difference of Interpreters ) Praise be to Allah , Peace be upon The best prophet and messenger , and then,, Since figurative language has arisen and so, special studies about it has appeared as definition and usage , its significant effect on Difference of Interpreters , Bad matters happened as a result for it .that was one reason for deferring legal texts and spoiling its meanings . This research has come to pay light on figurative language and its effect on Difference of Interpreters, it's defined figurative language, then it indicates the appearance of this term and it's historical stages which has passed before getting stable . From that , then it clarified the matter of figurative language which has appeared in The Holy Qura'n, then it has shown The figurative effect in Difference of Interpreters either in interpretative meanings , Jurisprudence, or doctrinal issues . Through that , it has appeared that the effect of figurative language on Difference of Interpreters about interpretative meanings and Jurisprudence is easy in comparison to the effect of figurative language in Difference of Interpreters about doctrinal issues. its effect in these doctrinal issues seems lucid and the difference in it arose from saying it in figurative language. That is why , there is no basis for this difference for ancestors . It arose from those who depended on heresy and used the basis of figurative language in order to defend their doctrines and refute their opposes .
