| المستخلص: | يهتم الباحث بموضوع تجميل المدن وخاصة مدينة الكويت والعناصر التي تصنع جمالها. وهي عناصر إما طبيعية وإما صناعية، ومن أهمها جمال العمارة والتخطيط العمراني والأماكن المفتوحة والميادين والشوارع، وكيفية التعامل معها جماليا سواء بأثاث الشارع أو بالأعمال التشكيلية، وعناصر أخرى كثيرة تصنع جمال المدينة. \ يتناول هذا البحث الشكل الخارجي للبيت الكويتي المعاصر، ويركز على الإشكالات البصرية التي تؤثر سلبا على جماله، ومن ثم على جمال المدينة تحفيزا للوصول إلى لوائح وتشريعات جمالية تسيطر على هذه الإشكالات، وتحقق مظهرًا أفضل تستحقه مدينة الكويت. \ يناقش البحث عدة مشكلات، منها تعدد الطرز المعمارية للبيوت الكويتية واختلاف مصادرها، غياب اللوائح والتشريعات الجمالية، تعدد الألوان والخامات والإضافات في المجاورة السكنية الواحدة، شكل الخزانات والهوائيات فوق الأسطح، مواقف انتظار السيارات المشيدة بالألواح المعدنية المتعرجة أمام البيوت، الاستغلال غير الجميل للساحات أمام البيوت، التوصيلات الكهربائية والصحية وأعمال التكييف الظاهرة بالواجهات. اختلاف الذوق الخاص مع الذوق العام، وتفاصيل ثانوية أخرى. \ This paper deals with the beautification of cities, particularly the city of Kuwait. There are many elements that participate in making the beauty of a city. These elements might be natural or fabricated, e.g. architecture, urban planning, open spaces, squares, streets, street furnishing, and public artwork among other factors. \ This research addresses the outside façades of the contempor¬ary Kuwaiti houses and focuses on the visual issues that negatively affect their beauty and hence the beauty of the city. The objective is to consider devising aesthetic rules and regulations to eliminate these problems and achieve a yet better outlook worthy of the city of Kuwait. \ The research discusses a number of issues such as the diversity of the architectural styles and designs of the Kuwaiti houses, the absence of aesthetic rules and regulations, the diversity of colors, materials, and extra additions in the same housing compound, the shapes of the water tanks and antennas in the roofs, the parking shelters that are built with corrugated metal sheets, the inefficient and unattractive use of open spaces in front of residential homes, electrical, cooling, and connections in house fronts, the incompat¬ibility of private tastes, in addition to other details. \ |
