| المستخلص: | The Role Of local communities in the protection of the Moroccan sea coast is to focus on its importance and wealth of its human and economic natural resources in addition to its environmental specificity due to its geographical location. The Moroccan sea coast takes advantage on an overtopped juridical administrative protection, also a juridical marine inadequate protection and limited in the charter of local communities. The Moroccan sea coast needs a complete and global code and a good community governance with the object of an harmonious management. Le rôle des collectivités locales dans la protection du littoral marocain suscite de mettre l’accent sur son importance et sur la richesse de ses ressources naturelles, humaines et économiques en plus de sa spécificité environnementale vue sa situation géographique. Le littoral maritime marocain bénéficie d’une protection juridique administrative dépassée, et d’une protection juridique maritime inadéquate et limitée dans la charte des collectivités locales. Le littoral maritime marocain a besoin d’un code complet et global, et d’une bonne gouvernance collective dans le but d’une gestion harmonieuse. |
