المستخلص:The present study represents a scientific analysis of the impact of the Arab Spring on the hegemony on the Middle East region. The main question raised here is: To what extent are internal and regional shifts in the Arab World influential on the ME order? In other words, what is the impact of the change in each state’s properties resulting from public and official developments on the nature of the ME order? These would lead to major question: What is the impact of the new ME order on regional hegemony and then on the entire Arab World? How will the new ME order facilitated by some Arabs affect the way international powers deal with the strategic issues of the region? The following topics are explored: factors of regional balance and strategic map; pre-uprising regional balance; post-uprising regional balance; elements of regional balance and forthcoming regional hegemony; measuring new regional order and analyzing the future foreign policies of the Arab states and influential countries in the new ME order; and the future of the strategic files in the ME in light of regional shifts. It is concluded that the immature Arab Spring and its decline the military force have negatively impacted the Arab role in the ME order. In addition, the leading role of the region is limited to Israel, Iran and Turkey, with rising expectations for Saudi Arabia
