| 520 | |e هدف المقال إلى عرض تجربة المعلمة (كفاية سلوداي) مع مهنة التعليم. وتكون المقال من عدة مواقف للمعلمة، حيث أحبت من خلالهم مهنة التعليم بعد كرهها الشديد لها، وهي أولا في المرحلة الابتدائية عانت كثيرا من نظام التدريس حيث كانت المعلمة عند الأهل بمثابة قديسة لا تخطئ. ثانيا في المرحلة الثانوية أُجبِرَت أن تُكمِل دراستها في مدرسة الذكور نظرا لقلة عدد الطالبات بالصف الأول الثانوي. ثالثا في مرحلة الجامعة كانت تريد أن تَدرِس المحاماة أو الصحافة، ولكن والديها اجبروها على مهنة التدريس، وكان عليها فقط أن تختار التخصص، واختارت اللغة العربية على أمل أن تَدرِس يوما الصحافة. رابعا بعد التخرج توظَفَت في روضة الأطفال، وتركت الأطفال تلعب وتلهو، ولكن مديرة المدرسة دخلت وجن جنونها عندما رأت هذا المنظر، وازدادت نظرة المعلمة التشاؤمية لهذه المهنة. خامسا حاولت إقناع والدها أنها لن تكون معلمة ناجحة، وتريد أن تدرس الصحافة، ولكنه رفض وظلت سنة كاملة ترفض تقديم الطلبات لأي مدرسة. سادسا قبلت التوظيف بمدرسة خاصة وأحبت الطالبات والطلاب، ودرست لهم بشغف وتفوقوا معها، دون أن تتبع الأسلوب التقليدي والعقاب بالضرب، الذي كان مُتبَع في هذه المدرسة. سابعا انتقلت إلى العمل بمدرسة حكومة وفي اليوم الأول أخبرتها المديرة "ستدرسين للصف السابع والطالبات به شرسات ومتوحشات، انتبهي!!". ثامنا لم تهتم المعلمة بكلام المديرة ودخلت للطالبات وتعرفت عليهن وبعد حصص عدة، وجدت الطالبات يخبروها بحبهن لها. تاسعا وضعت المعلمة خطة لمعالجة الضعف بالمنهج وبدأت تسير عليها. عاشرا بدأت المعلمة تحب مهنة التدريس وقررت تطور من نفسها وتتعلم كل ما هو حديث، لتجذب الطلاب نحو التعلم ونحو المدرسة. \nكُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018 |f The article aimed to present the experience of the teacher (Kefaya Soloday) with the teaching profession. The article formed of several situations of the teacher, where she loved through them the profession of education after her hatred of it. The first is in the primary stage, where she suffered greatly from the system of teaching, and the teacher according to the parents was a saint who makes no mistake. Second, at the secondary level, she was forced to complete her studies at the male school because of the low number of female students in the first grade of the secondary stage. Thirdly, she wanted to study law or journalism, but her parents forced her to practice teaching. She only had to choose specialization and chose Arabic in the hope that she would study journalism one day. Fourthly, after graduation, she was employed in the kindergarten and left the children playing and having fun, but the school principal entered and she went berserk when she saw this scene, and the pessimistic teacher's view of the profession increased. Fifth, she tried to convince her father that she would not be a successful teacher, and wanted to study journalism, but he refused and she remained a full year refusing to apply for any school. Sixth, she accepted the employment in a private school and loved the male and female students. She studied them passionately and they excelled with her, without following the traditional method and punishment by beating, which was practiced in this school. Seventh, she moved to work at a governmental school. On the first day, the director told her: "You will teach the seventh grade and the female students are wicked and savage, be careful". Eighth, the teacher did not care about the words of the principal and entered to the students, met them, and after several classes, she found that they tell her that they love her. Ninth, the teacher developed a plan to address the weakness of the curriculum and started to follow it.
