| المستخلص: | استهدفت الوثيقة الحالية تقديم رسالة إلى الرئيس محمود عباس في ضوء الضغوط التي تمارسها الحكومتان الأمريكية والإسرائيلية على السلطة الوطنية. حيث أشارت إلى قيام العديد من الأكاديميين والمهنيين الفلسطينيين والعرب المعروفين بالتزامهم القوي ومنذ أمد طويل بالقضية الفلسطينية. بمطالبة الرئيس بالوقوف بحزم في الدفاع عن الحقوق الوطنية لكل الفلسطينيين. ويحثه على ضرورة العمل وبدون تأخير على انعقاد مجلس وطني فلسطيني للإشراف على صياغة مسار جديد لسلام عادل ودائم يضمن الحقوق الأساسية للشعب الفلسطيني. والتركيز على الحقوق الأساسية الوطنية والجماعية والفردية للفلسطينيين وأبرزها حق العودة إلى الوطن والمعترف به في الشرعية الدولية. وان الأسس التي تقوم عليها المحادثات الحالية مثل كل المفاوضات السابقة تستبعد وتتجاهل الحق الفلسطيني الأساسي في تقرير المصير والانسحاب الإسرائيلي لحدود ما قبل 1967 بدون تغيير أو تعديل. وإزالة كل المستعمرات الإسرائيلية والمستوطنين المستعمرين من الضفة الغربية والقدس والاعتراف بالسيادة الفلسطينية علي كامل القدس الشرقية. وجاءت النتائج مؤكدة على ان الوقت قد حان لإعلان القطع النهائي مع نهج مفاوضات بلا نهاية التي تم التأسيس لها في أوسلو قبل أكثر من عشرين عاما ولم تفعل شيئا سوي أنها وفرت لإسرائيل الوقت والفرصة لضم واستيطان أراضي أكثر وفرض المزيد من القيود على جميع نواحي حياة الفلسطينيين تحت الاحتلال.كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018 The present document aimed to present a message to President Mahmoud Abbas in light of the pressure exerted by the US and Israeli governments on the PNA. It noted that many well-known Palestinian and Arab academics and professionals have long and strong commitment to the Palestinian Case. Demanding that the president stand firm in defending the national rights of all Palestinians and urges him to work without delay to convene a Palestinian National Council to oversee the formulation of a new path for a fair and lasting peace that guarantees the fundamental rights of the Palestinian people. In addition, focusing on the basic national, collective and individual rights of Palestinians, most notably the right of return that is recognized in international legitimacy. The foundations of the current talks, like all previous negotiations, exclude and ignore the basic Palestinian right of self-determination and the Israeli withdrawal to the pre-1967 borders without change or modification. The removal of all Israeli settlements and colonized settlers from the West Bank and Jerusalem and the recognition of Palestinian sovereignty over all of East Jerusalem. The results confirmed that the time has come to announce the final cut with the endless negotiations approach that was established in Oslo more than twenty years ago and did nothing but give Israel time and opportunity to annex and settle more land and impose more restrictions on all aspects of the lives of Palestinians under colonization.This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 |
