| المستخلص: | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى: \ -التعرف على الفروق في الضغوط النفسية للفرق الحاصلة على المراكز الثلاثة الأولى والفرق الحاصلة على المراكز الثلاثة الأخيرة . \ -التعرف على الفروق في الضغوط النفسية بين لاعبات الفرق الثلاثة الأولى اللاعبات الفرق الثلاثة الأخيرة .واجري البحث على عينة من تألفت من( 108) لاعبة من لاعبات أندية القطر بالكرة الطائرة وتم جمع البيانات باستخداممقياس الضغوط النفسية المعد من قبل (الغريري ،06 0 2). واستنتجت الباحثة: \ 1. بالنسبة للفرق الثلاثة الاولى تفوق نادي سنحاريب على نادي قره قوش واكاد بدرجة الضغوط النفسية في حين تفوق نادي قرهقوش على نادي سنحاريب فقط في درجة الضغوط النفسية. \ 2. اما بالنسبة للفرق الثلاثة الاخيرة تتقارب درجات الضغوط النفسية لدى الفرق الثلاثة الاخيرة وهذا ما ادى الى عدم وجود فروقالى مستوى المعنوية في درجة الضغوطالنفسية. \ 3. تميزت الفرق الثلاثة الاخيرة على الفرق الثلاثة الاولى في درجة الضغوط النفسية وهذا ما انعكس على معنوية النتائج بينهما. \ وأوصت الباحثة بما يأتي: \ 1. اعتماد مقياس الضغوط النفسية في تقدير حجم الضغوط النفسية الواقعة على كاهل اللاعبات . \ 2. الاهتمام بالمشكلات المسببة للضغوط النفسية والعمل على معالجتها. \ 3. اجراء اختبارات دورية لتقييم مستوى الضغوط النفسية طوال فترتي الاعداد او المنافسات The Aims of The Study: \ - knowing the differences in psychological stress for the difference that take the three first places.and the difference that take the last three places \ - Knowing the differences in psychological stress between female players for the last and three firstteams. \ - The research made on data consists of (108) female player from the female players of the country \ clubs in volleyball. The data were collected by using the scale sychological stress, which was \ prepared by (Al- Ghreary, 2006). \ And the researchers concluded: \ 1. According to the first three teams, Snharib team won at Qara Qosh team and Akad by the degree \ of the psychological stress while Qara Qosh team won at Snharib team only in the degree of thepsychological stress. \ 2. According to the last three teams, the degree of the psychological stress are close for the last \ three teams and that led not to exist the differences to the level ofintangible in the degree thepsychological stress . \ 3. The last three teams distinct at the first three teams by the degree of thepsychological stress and \ that reflected on the intangible of the results between them. \ And the researcher recommended the following : \ - Depending the scale of psychological stress in evaluating the size of psychological stress thatbear down on female players. \ - Take car of the troubles that cause psychological stress, and to work in order to limit the causesof those troubles. \ - Making periodical tests for evaluating the level of psychological stress in the two periods, thepreparations or competitions |
