| المستخلص: | هدف المقال إلى تقديم نبذة عن تاريخ القضاء المغربي الحديث من عام 1961م إلى عام 1965م. وتكون المقال من عدة عناصر، كشف العنصر الأول عن القضاة والتنظيم، حيث نشأت أول جمعية مهنية للقضاة بالمغرب عام 1961م وسميت (رابطة القضاة) والتي تلخصت أهدافها من خلال قانونها الأساسي في توثيق روابط الصداقة بين قضاة المملكة، والعمل على ضمان حقوق أعضائها ومصالحهم كأعضاء في مؤسسة عليا في البلاد. كما أن الرابطة تشكلت في هياكلها من مؤتمر ومكتب وطني ورئيس منتخب من المؤتمر. واستعرض العنصر الثاني مطالب الرابطة وهي استقلال القضاء، وإقرار تعويضات للقضاة عن مهامهم وعطلة سنوية مدتها شهران، وتوطيد العلاقة مع المؤسسات عن طريق المغربة والتعريب والتوحيد. ولقد قدمت هذه المطالب في مؤتمرات الرابطة السنوية. واختتم المقال بأن تجربة الرابطة تترك انطباعا قويا يدل أن قضاة تلك الفترة كانوا ورثة القضاة الأعلام الذين تميز بهم المغرب طوال تاريخه، وحلقة وصل بينهم وبين الجيل الحالي الملقاة على عاتقة المساهمة في مسيرة المغرب الحداثية ذات الجذور العريقة. \nكُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018 The aim of this article is to present a brief history of the modern Moroccan judiciary from 1961 to 1965. The article consisted of several elements. The first article was about the judges and organization. The first professional association of magistrates was established in Morocco in 1961, it was named' The Association of Judges', which summarized its objectives through its basic law, is to strengthen the bonds of friendship between the judges of the Kingdom and to ensure the rights and interests of its members as members in higher institution in the country. The Association was formed in its structures from a conference, a national office and an elected President of the Conference. The second element reviewed the demands of the Association, the independence of the judiciary, the award of compensation to the judges for their duties and an annual two-month holiday, and strengthening relations with institutions through Maghrebization, Arabiztion and unification. These demands have been made at the Association's annual conferences. The article concludes that the experience of the Association leaves a strong impression that the judges of that period were the heirs of the magistrates who have distinguished Morocco throughout its history and a link between them and the current generation entrusted to contribute to the march of modernist Morocco ancient roots.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 |
