| المستخلص: | في زمن شاع استخدام لفظ العولمةGlobalization بكل ما تحمله هذه الكلمة من معان وما تثيره من جدل واسع كافة الأوساط الثقافية. وما تمثله من ظاهرة متشابكة ومتقاطعة الأبعاد، فهي برأي البعض لا يمكن الإلمام بكل أبعادها، بل لا يمكن تشخيص أخطارها أو على الأقل التقليل من آثارها. إلا أننا لا يجب أن نقف أمام حقيقة ثابتة وهى أن العولمة نوع من الهيمنة أو الغزو الفكري أو ما يسمى بثقافة التغريب. وهي جاءت بعد مرحلة الصراع الطويل بين كتلتي الشرق والغرب من أجل الهيمنة، ولم يتبقى على الساحة العالمية، إلا الكتلة الرأسمالية بزعامة الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، ظهر نظام العولمة من خلال ثورتي المعلومات والاتصالات، فأصبح فكر العولمة وهو فكر أحادي القطب يفرض سيطرته على العالم ككل. وهو ليس كنظام أو قوانين تفرض من الخارج بل هو هيمنة لم تقتصر على الناحية الاقتصادية بل شملت على المجالات الثقافية، والاجتماعية، والتعليمية وحتى النسق القيمي والأخلاقي، لذا يجب أن ننتبه إلى خطر ما يسمي بالعولمة لأنها تخترق الحضارة والثقافة العربية في الصميم، إذ لا يقتصر أثرها في فرض سلوكيات لا تتماشى مع قيمنا وأخلاقنا وطبائع مجتمعاتنا فقط بل أنها تشكل الخطر الأكبر في تأثيراتها على تشكيل الوعي الأخلاقي وصياغة الشخصية العربية المسلمة وعلى القيم والأخلاق وطريقة التفكير والتصرف على كافة الفئات العربية بالأخص على النشئ في مرحلة تكوين وبلورة الشخصية. لذا ونحن أمام تلك التحديات يجب أن ننهض بمؤسساتنا التربوية فهي بحاجة إلى جهود خارقة لتستوعب تلك الهجمة ونعمل على التركيز على الأداء التعليمي والتربوي من أجل ترسيخ القيم والمبادئ الأخلاقية من أجل تحقيق الأمن الأخلاقي عن طريق تنمية الذكاء الأخلاقي عبر المراحل الدراسية المختلفة للنشئ والذي يعد هو الأساس للأمن المجتمعي. At the time of common use of the term Globalization in every sense of the word and what widely controversial it raises among all cultural fields, and what interlocking and intersecting phenomenon it represents, some thinks that its educational, social, cultural and economic dimensions can not be controlled’ moreover, its risks can not diagnosed, or can not, at least, minimizing their effects. However, we must stand in front of a fact that globalization is a kind of dominance or intellectual invasion or the so-called culture of alienation. It has come after a stage of a long conflict between Eastern and the Western powers for the sake of dominating the world. The result of this conflict is the dominance of capitalism led by the United States of America. The globalization has appeared through the information and communication revolutions; therefore. Its thoughts become a unipolar thought dominating the whole world. It is not a system or laws imposed from the outside but it is a domination not only in economic terms but also included a cultural, social, educational, and even ethical and moral patterns, so we should pay attention to the danger of the so-called globalization because it penetrates the civilization and culture in the heart. It does not only have an impact on the imposition of behavior which is not consistent with our values and our morals and natures of our societies, but also it poses the greatest danger in their effects on the formation of moral consciousness and formulate personal Arab and Muslim values and morals and the way of thinking and acting on all ages particularly on youth at the stage of individual formation and character developments. So while we are facing these challenges, we must develop our educational institutions as they need miraculous efforts to accommodate that attack and work to focus on the educational and educational performance in order to consolidate the values and ethical principles in order to achieve moral security through the development of moral intelligence across different educational levels of young people, which is considered as the basis of the security of our community. |
