| المستخلص: | يتناول هذا البحث المرجعي دراسة لنظريات "تحليل المحادثة" Conversation Analysis بدأ من جاركفينل 1940 Garfinkel الذي يعد من مؤسسي نظريات (C A) وكذلك ساكس، شيجلوف وجفرسون 1974 Sacks, Schegloff and Jefferson الذين قدموا من خلال الدراسات التي قاموا بها مفاهيم في CA مثل أخذ الدور / تبادل الأدوار Turn- Taking، الاعتراض، Adjaceny Paris Overlap. كما تناول البحث الدراسات التي أجريت في مجال البرجماتية Pragmatics وعلاقتها بتحليل المحادثة وعلى وجه الخصوص الأفعال اللغوية Speech Acts ومبدأ التعاون Cooperative Principle. \ ثم تناول البحث الدراسات الحديثة التي أجريت في مجال الـ Institutional Talk أو الحديث في مجال العمل مثل حديث الأطباء مع المرضى والمقابلات التليفزيونية ولغة المحاكمات، وقد تم ربط هذه الدراسات بمبدأ power "السلطة" وكذلك مبدأ "التماثل" Symmetry. كما تمت مراجعة الأبحاث التي تمت في مجال تحليل الحديث والنسوية Feminism والحديث والفكاهة Humour studies. \ ويقترح البحث في النهاية مجالات شتى يمكن القيام بأبحاث فيها، منها على وجه الخصوص لغة كبار السن The elderly ولغة الذين لديهم مشاكل عضوية مثل aphasia " الحبسة ". \ The purpose of this study is to review the latest trends of Conversation Analysis (CA): how it started, who started it and why? This exploratory study first starts with an overview of the studies carried out by a group of sociologists led by Garfinkel, who in the late 1940’s examined the behavior of jurors. It was him and his fellow graduates who coined the term ‘ethnomethodology’. However, CA as we know it at present, was pioneered by Sacks, Jefferson and Schegloff in 1974. Through their empirical research they introduced us to ‘turn-taking’ mechanisms, ‘adjacency pairs’, ‘overlap’ etc. Studies by Dell Hymes 1972 and Gumperz 1982 have also tremendously contributed to our understanding of CA. In another vein, the exploration moves to investigating studies carried out within Pragmatics: Austin’s 1962 and Searle’s 1969 notion of ‘speech act’ as well as Grice’s 1975 ‘Cooperative Principle’. The study then leaps to Structural-Functional approaches comparing CA to Discourse Analysis; studies by the Birmingham school pioneered by Sinclair and Coulthard (1975), by Ochs 1979, and Chafe 1982 on the differences between speech and writing, in addition to examining studies by McCarthy, 1991, 2001, Hughes 1996 and Biber 1999 on the features of spoken Discourse |
