| المستخلص: | استهدفت الدراسة تحديد فاعلية استخدام نظم المعلومات في دعم القرار الرشيد بمراكز المعلومات. \ ولقد انطلقت من خلال مجموعة من الفروض التي حاولت التحقق من صدقها وهي على النحو التالي: \ (1)\ توجد علاقة إيجابية بين وضوح أهداف مراكز المعلومات ودعم اتخاذ القرار الرشيد. \ (2)\ توجد علاقة إيجابية بين مكونات نظم المعلومات بالمركز ودعم اتخاذ القرار الرشيد. \ (3)\ توجد علاقة إيجابية بين قواعد البيانات بمراكز المعلومات ودعم اتخاذ القرار الرشيد. \ (4)\ توجد علاقة إيجابية بين القدرات البشرية بمراكز المعلومات ودعم اتخاذ القرار الرشيد. \ (5)\ توجد علاقة إيجابية بين جودة نظم المعلومات بمراكز المعلومات ودعم اتخاذ القرار الرشيد. \ (6)\ توجد علاقة إيجابية بين آليات نظم المعلومات بالمركز ودعم اتخاذ القرار الرشيد. \ وتعد الدراسة من الدراسات التقويمية، حيث اعتمدت على المسح الاجتماعي الشامل لجميع العاملين بمراكز معلومات دعم واتخاذ القرار التابعة لإدارات أحياء محافظة الإسكندرية وقد بلغ إجمال عددهم (99) مفردة، وقد حدد المجال المكاني للدراسة في محافظة الإسكندرية، وجميع أحياء المحافظة بعد استبعاد حي المنتزة لظروف خارجة عن إدارة الباحثة. \ وقد ارتكزت الدراسة بصفة أساسية على بعض الموجهات النظرية مثل: نظرية اتخاذ القرار، نظرية المنظمات كموجهات نظرية للدراسة من خلالها تم تحليل وتفسير متغيرات الدراسة، كما عرضت الدراسة العديد من الدراسات السابقة ذات الصلة بمتغيراتها، وقد استفاد الباحثة منها في اختيار الموضوع وتحديد الإطار النظري والمفاهيم، وأيضا تحليل نتائج الدراسة. \ وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على بعض الأدوات هي السجلات الرسمية، مقياس من إعداد الباحثة حول فاعلية نظم المعلومات في دعم القرار الرشيد بمراكز المعلومات. \ وخلصت الدراسة إلى التحقق من صحة الفرض الرئيس لها وكذلك جميع فروضها الفرعية. Study aimed to determine the effectiveness of the use of \ information systems in decision support good information centers. \ And have launched through a set of hypotheses that \ attempted to verify the truthfulness are as follows: \ (1)\ There is a positive relationship between the clarity of the goals of information centers and support good decision-making. \ (2)\ There is a positive relationship between the components of the center and information systems support good decision-making. \ (3)\ There is a positive relationship between the rules of data centers, information and support good decision-making. \ (4)\ There is a positive relationship between human capacity information centers and support good decision-making. \ (5)\ There is a positive relationship between the quality of information systems and information centers and support good decision-making. \ (6)\ There is a positive relationship between the mechanisms of information systems center and support good decision-making. \ The study of studies eValuating, where they adopted a social survey covering all workers centers Information and Decision Support of the departments neighborhoods Alexandria Govemorate has reached outline numbering (99) Single, has identified spatial domain to study in Alexandria, and all revive the province after excluding District Montazah conditions beyond the management of the researcher \ The study is based mainly on some routers theory such as: theory of decision-making, theory organizations theory for the study of which have been analyzed and interpreted the study variables, also offered study many of the previous studies related has advantage researcher them in selecting the topic and determine the theoretical framework and concepts, and also analyze the results of the study. \ The study was based on some of the tools are the official records, scale prepared by the researcher about Effectiveness information systems in decision support good information centers \ The study concluded validates the hypothesis and its chief religious duties as well as sub. |
