| المستخلص: | جنوح الأحداث هم أفراد لفئة المراهقة في مراحل العمرية لنمو الإنسان، ولديهم دوافع نفسية وسمات عامة وأسباب وعوامل مؤثرة سلبية في الانحراف السلوكي تسمى (سيكوباتي) أي اضطرابات السلوك المضاد للمجتمع، والمتمثل بالخروج عن القيم والعادات والتقاليد للمجتمع والدين.\ إن جنوح الأحداث هم أطفال قاصرين لم يبلغوا سن الثامن عشر (دون سن القانوني)، ويرتكبون أفعالاً سيئة تضعهم تحت طائلة القانون، ويتم محاكمتهم وإحالتهم إلي (سجن التأهيل لرعاية الأحداث) لقضاء فترة العقوبة.\ أن أهمية المشكلة في البحث سنوضح عدة نقاط مهمة لاضطراب السلوك المضاد للمجتمع (سيكوباتي)، المتمثل بالمفاهيم منها: النفسية – الاجتماعية – الدينية والقانونية، والسمات العامة والأسباب والدوافع النفسية، وبعد معرفة أهمية المشكلة لابد من وضع الحل والعلاج لاضطرابات جنوح الأحداث (السلوك المضاد للمجتمع – سيكوباتي)، عن طريق وجود آلية تمثل برنامج خاص تحت إشراف فريق متكامل من أخصائي قانوني وباحثين (نفساني – اجتماعي – تربوي) وبالإضافة إلي التحليل النفسي والعلاج الوقائي والنفسي والاجتماعي والديني والدوائي.\ في التوصيات ركزنا بالاهتمام في تعديل نص قانون الأحداث الخاص لعمر جانح الأحداث من 15 إلي 18 عام، وتحويل اسم (سجن التأهيل لرعاية الأحداث) إلي مركز جنوح الأحداث لإعادة للتأهيل، وذلك لتغير نظرة المجتمع إليهم كمجرمين حتى تتسنى إمكانية متكاملة للعودة لبيئتهم وممارسة مهامهم.\ Juvenile delinquency are members of the class adolescence in the age stages of human growth, and they have reasons, psychological motives, general features, and negative influencing factors in behavioral deviation ( psychopathic disturbances anti-social behavior, which is to go out for the values, customs and traditions of society and religion.\ The juvenile delinquency are minors under the age eighteenth (under the legal age), and committed bad acts place them under penalty of law, and are prosecuted and brought to prison rehabilitation to take care of events to spend a punishment.\ The importance of the problem in the search we'll show several important points to disturbances anti-social behavior- psychopathic , objective concepts including: Psycho-social-religious, legal, and general features and psychological reasons and motives, and after knowing the importance of the problem has to be a solution and treatment of disorders of Juvenile Delinquency (the anti-social behavior- psychopathic), through a mechanism represents a special program under the supervision of an integrated team From a legal specialist and researchers ( psychologist - social — educational) and in addition to psychoanalysis and preventive treatment, psychological and social, religious and medicinal.\ Recommendations focused attention in amending the text of the law events your age delinquent latest from 15 to 18 years, and convert the name of a prison rehabilitation to take care of events to juvenile delinquency center for the rehabilitation, to change society's perception of them as criminals so they have the possibility to return to the integrated environment and the exercise of their functions\ |
