| المستخلص: | تعد الضغوط النفسية من الظواهر النفسية الشائعة في حياتنا اليومية، وإحدى المفاهيم الرئيسية لفهم السلوك وتفسيره فالإنسان يشعر بالمتعة والسرور حين يصل إلى إشباع حاجاته ويشعر بالضيق أو الضغط النفسي إذا منع من إشباع تلك الحاجات، وعندما نتحدث عن الضغوط النفسية فإننا نتحدث عن مشكلة رافقت الإنسان منذ وجوده على الأرض. \ يعد عصرنا الحاضر عصر الضغوط النفسية، وذلك لأسباب عدة أهمها التنافس الشديد على الموارد المحددة، وظهور الأزمات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والسياسية والحروب والكوارث البشرية والطبيعية وكلها سمة من سمات العصر الحديث ويمتد تأثير الضغوط النفسية ليشمل مختلف جوانب العامل، وصحته الجسدية والنفسية بالإضافة إلى إنتاجية المنظمة وأدائها مما ينعكس سلبا على المجتمع بأكمله، من هنا جاءت أهمية العناية بإيجاد الحلول المناسبة للتعامل مع الضغوط النفسية للحد منها أو إبقائها ضمن المستوى الطبيعي. \ في ضوء المعطيات صيغت أهداف البحث الحالي وهي \ 1-\ قياس الضغوط النفسية لدى الباحثين الاجتماعيين العاملين في السجون (سجن الرصافة الأولى). \ 2-\ قياس الرضا عن العمل لدى الباحثين الاجتماعيين العاملين في السجون (سجن الرصافة الأولى). \ 3-\ إيجاد العلاقة بين الضغوط النفسية والرضا عن العمل لدى الباحثين الاجتماعيين العاملين في السجون (سجن الرصافة الأولى). \ ولتحقيق أهداف البحث أعدت الباحثة مقياسين الأول لقياس الضغوط النفسية والثاني لقياس الرضا عن العمل، وتكونت من (21) فقرة اختيرت عينة البحث بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة وبعد جمع البيانات تم معالجتها باستعمال الوسائل الإحصائية المناسبة توصل لبحث إلى النتائج الآتية: \ 1-\ إن العينة لديها ضغوط نفسية. \ 2-\ إن العينة لديها رضا عن العمل. \ The psychological pressure of common mental phenomena in our daily lives, and one of the main concepts for understanding and interpreting the behavior \ Man feels fun and pleasure while up to satisfy his needs and feel upset or stress if prevented from satisfying those needs, and when we talk about the psychological pressure we are talking about a problem accompanied rights since its existence on earth \ The present-day age of stress, and for several reasons, the most important of the intense competition for resources identified, and the emergence of the economic and social crises and wars and political human and natural disasters and are a feature of the modern \ The influences of the psychological pressure to include various aspects of the Group, and physical and mental health as well as organizational productivity and performance, which reflects negatively on the entire community, here came the importance of attention to finding appropriate solutions to deal with the psychological pressure to reduce them or kept within the normal level \ In light of the data formulated objectives to discuss the current \ 1- measuring stress the social workers working in prisons (first Rusafa prison) \ 2- measure of job satisfaction among social researchers working in prisons (Rusafa prison First) \ 3- find the relationship between stress and job satisfaction with social researchers working in prisons (Rusafa prison First) \ To achieve the objectives of the research researcher prepared the first two metrics to measure stress and the second to measure job satisfaction, and consisted of (21) paragraph selected sample of your search as simple random After collecting data were processed using appropriate statistical methods to reach to discuss the following results \ 1- The sample has a psychological pressure. \ 2- The sample has a satisfaction from work. \ |
