| المستخلص: | ظهر في الموصل أطباء عديدون في عصورها المختلفة وكانت لديهم مكانة مرموقة بين أطباء عصرهم لخدماتهم الجليلة في مجال الطب، وقد شهد لهم بذلك من عاصرهم ومن كتب عنهم. وقد تمثل منهجهم العلمي بالاهتمام بتشخيص الأمراض وذكر أسبابها وعلاجها، وكذلك في صناعة الأدوية ووصفها للمرضى، وفي إجراء العمليات الجراحية. \ ثم إنهم كانوا يقدمون النصائح والإرشادات الطبية لمرضاهم وللأطباء الجدد، وأيضاً كانوا يحرصون على تدريب طلابهم على مهنة الطب بشكل علمي، كما تمثل منهجهم العلمي في تصنيف الكتب الطبية، وشرح كتب الأقدمين وتصحيح المغلوط منها، إلا أنهم كانوا متمسكين بالأمانة العلمية عند الاقتباس من الآخرين، وأخيراً حفاظهم على أسرار المرضى يعد مكملاً لمنهجهم العملي. Many physicians appeared in Mosul throughout various periods. They had their significant position among physicians of that period for their experience in the field of medicine. This fact witnessed by those who lived in their period. They followed a certain approach in their profession. This is represented by a certain approach in their profession. This is represented by diagnosing the diseases and mentioning the symptoms and treatments. Similarly, they created some medications to be given to the patient; they were conducting surgical operation as well. \ Moreover, they used to put forward some medical advices and recommendations for their patients and the newly-coming doctors. On the top of that, they were training their students in a practical way. Likewise, they used to write books about medicine, to explain some other former books, and to rectify some other manuscripts. They have done all these works, but they committed themselves with scientific fidelity as quoting. Finally, they were strictly conservative about the secrets of their patients. |
