| 520 | |a ظهرت أساليب حديثة في التعليم الجامعي مثل أسلوب التعلم من بعد والتعليم الإلكتروني وظهرت أهمية أسلوب التعلم من بعد في خدمة المعاقين بصرياً وحركياً حيث يساعدهم في التعليم والحصول على العلم ومصادر المعرفة بدون تحمل مشاق الوصول إلى الحرم الجامعي ويفيدهم في تنمية التفكير الإبداعي والناقد والاعتماد على الذات، ومن هنا أظهرت أهمية البحث من حيث الاستفادة من التعلم من بعد في خدمة الطلاب المعاقين بصرياً وحركياً وظهرت مشكلة البحث من حيث معرفة دور التعلم من بعد في تعليم كلاً من المعاق بصرياً والمعاق حركياً. وبعد الدراسة توصلت الباحثة الى النتائج التالية: -وجود صعوبة كبيرة لدى المعاقين بصرياً وحركياً في الوصول إلى المدرجات الدراسية. -لا توجد برامج للتعلم من بعد في كليات الآداب والتجارة والحقوق بجامعة الإسكندرية للطلاب المعاقين بصرياً وحركياً رغم ضرورة هذه البرامج لهم. -يفضل الطلاب المعاقين بصرياً وحركياً برامج التعلم من بعد في تعليمهم لأنها تخدم ظروفهم الصحية التي تمنعهم كثيراً عن تحصيل العلم والمواظبة على الدراسة الجامعية. ولذلك توصي الباحثة بضرورة توافر هذه البرامج للطلاب المعاقين بصرياً وحركياً وضرورة إنشاء مركز للتعلم من بعد في جامعة الإسكندرية مخصص لهؤلاء الطلاب وتدريب الطلاب المعاقين بصرياً على البرامج الخاصة بالمكفوفين لتساعدهم على قراءة المواد الدراسية والحصول على العلم بدون مشاق تعوقهم وتمنعهم من مواصلة الدراسة الجامعية أو حتى مواصلة التعلم الذاتي بعد المرحلة الجامعية ويسمى هذا بالتعليم المستمر مدى الحياة. |b Recently, New style has appeared in the higher education (University education), like distance learning style and the electronic education The importance of distance learning style has appeared in serving the optically and physically handicapped students as it helps them in their education and to obtain the source of knowledge without any difficulties to get into the University, it helps them also to develop their creative and criticizing way of thinking and to be self-dependant The importance of this research has appeared in taking the advantage of distance learning in serving the optically and physically handicapped students and in the same time a problem in knowing the role of distance learning in educating the optically and physically handicapped students has appeared in the research. After searching and studying the researcher has reached the following conclusions: There are big difficulties for the optically and physically handicapped students to reach their study halls in the University. - There are no programs of distance learning in the faculties of Arts, commerce and rights in Alexandria University for the optically and physically handicapped students. The optically and physically handicapped students prefer distance learning programs in their education as it serves their special health conditions, which prevents them from gaining the knowledge and managing their studies successfully. So. The researcher recommends , the necessity of these programs to be available for the optically and physically handicapped students , the necessity of having distance learning centers in Alexandria University for these students and training the optically handicapped students on using the programs which helps them to read without having any obstacles preventing them from completing their higher education in the University or continue their self-learning after college which is called for life education . | ||
