المستخلص:تباينت الرؤى وأختلفت المقاييس التي يمكن استخدامها في معرفة درجـة رقـي المجتمعـات البشـرية ومنهـا المجتمـع الأندلسي ،وهذا الأمر مرتبط بتخصص الباحث وأنتمائه العلمي ،فاحدهم ينظر الى ذلك التطـورمن وجهـة النظـر العسـكرية والتطور التكنلوجي واخر يجد الميزان الاقتصادي والتعامل النقدي هو المؤشر على ذلك التطـور وثالـث يلاحـظ فـي غـزارت النتاج الفكري ميزة مهمة لمعرفة درجة التطور...غير ان اللطيف في علم التـاريخ انـه جـامع لجـل العلـوم العقليـة والنقليـة ،بمعنى، ان لكل تلك العلوم جذور تايخية ،فهو بـذلك قـد جمـع كـل تلـك الـرؤى والمفـاهيم التـي يمكـن اسـتخدامها لدراسـة نمو وتطور المجتمع . \ لذا وجدنا ان ندرس الخدمات العامة ،بكل أنواعها، ووفق ما تمـدنا بـه المصـادر التـي بـين ايـدينا علـى اعتبارهـا ميزانـا من خلاله معرفة تطور المجتمع فكن بحثنا الموسوم" الخدمات العامة في الأندلس(٩٥-٣١٦ه/٧٠٩-٩٢٩م) ” والذي تناول في طياته جوانب عديده تمثلت بال خدمات العمرانية وفي مقدمتها المساجد اذ كـان تشـيد معظمهـا مـن قبـل الدولـة الى جانب مساهمات بعض الافراد كأعمال خير ،كما شيد القصور فكانت قرطبة حاضـرة الدولـة قـد شـهدت حركـة عمرانيـة واسعة ازد من رونقهـا كثـرة الأنـار الداخليـة فكـان لابـد مـن أن تشـيد عليهـا القنـاطر والجسـور لـربط اجـزاء المدينـة ولاجـل منعتها عمل حكام الأندلس الحصون والأبراج والقلاع على بعضها لحمايت ساكنيها من الأعداء ... \ ومن الخدمات التي انعكست بشكل مباشر على الصـالح العـام هـي اعمـال البـر والأحسـان التـي حملهـا علـى عاتقـه جل الولاة والامراء ومن القارين اقتصاديا وقد انتفع بها الكثيرين من العوام ،خاصة في اوقات الازمات الأقتصادية والمجاعات ووقوع الكوارث .على ان مراقبة الأسواق التي تعد محور الحياة الاقتصـادية وانعكاسـاتها الايجابيـة او السـلبية فهـي بلا شـك سيكون مردودهـا على المجتمـع ،لذا اولـت الدولة اهتمامهـا ورعايتها لـه فلم تغـض الطرف عـن موضوع النظافة لما له من تماس مباشر بالفرد لذا نجد مسلموا الأندلس قد اولوا اهماما بالغا بالنظافة العامة لذا لم نرى حيا مـن احياء المدن الانلسية ألأ وقد شيد فيه حماما على اعتبار النظافة جزء من الايمان ... \ واخيرا للقارى الكريم ان يتصور كم هي صعوبة استخلاص المعلومة من بين طيات المصادر والمراجع ،ولو ان هذه هي اشكالية كل باحث ،التي تختلف بين موضوع واخر فندرت المصادر الاندلسية مقارنة مـع الدراسـات التاريخيـة الاخـرى هي التي زادت من تلك الاشكالية...
