| المستخلص: | مشكلة البحث وأهميته:- \ يواجه الفرد في حياته العديد من الأحداث الضاغطة التي تضم خبرات غير مرغوب فيها، وأحداث قد تنطوي على الكثير من مصادر التوتر، وعوامل الخطر والتهديد في كافة مجالات الحياة، وهذا من شأنه أن يجعل الأحداث الضاغطة تلعب دوراً في نشأة العديد من الأمراض الجسمية. \ ويعد ارتفاع ضغط الدم واحد من أكثر المظاهر الرئيسية للإجهاد العقلي في الوقت الحاضر على نطاق الاضطرابات الجسدية قد يكثر عند الرجال مقارنة بالنساء والذي قد يكون سببه تقلصات في الأوعية الدموية. \ ويعد الإصابة بمرض سكر الدم واحد من أكثر الأمراض السيكوسوماتية انتشاراً في الوقت الحالي إذ أصبح الآن يمثل أكثر التحديات الصحية في العالم للقرن الواحد والعشرين وذلك لاعتباره وباء يهدد الدول النامية والمتطورة بحد سواء بسبب ما ينتج عنه من مضاعفات خطرة مثل أمراض القلب، ارتفاع ضغط الدم، الأوعية الدموية، بتر الأعضاء، الفشر الكلوي والعمى وبتلالي يؤدي إلى العجز، وانخفاض متوسط العمر المتوقع. \ ولأن الاضطرابات الفسيولوجية تلب دوراً كبيراً في حدوث الأمراض السيكوسوماتية، وفي استمرارها وإثارتها، وضعف مقاومة الفرد في مواجهتها. فمن هذا المنطلق اهتم علماء النفس والأطباء بالبحث عن إيجاد طرق علاجية تكون أكثر نفعاً مع هؤلاء المرضى من الناحية المادية والجسمية ومنها العلاج بالموسيقى. \ هدف البحث:- \ يهدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على أثر العلاج بالموسيقى في خفض ارتفاع ضغط الدم لدى مرضى المصابين بأمراض السكر تبعاً لمتغير الجنس والوظيفة. \ \ \ \ \ حدود البحث:- \ يقتصر البحث على دراسة ارتفاع ضغط الدم لدى مرض المصابين بأمراض السكر لعينة من الطلبة والموظفين التابعين للجامعة البيلاروسية الحكومية في محافظة (منسك) للعام الدراسي (2012م). \ إجراءا البحث:- \ اختارت الباحثة بطريقة قصدية عينة بحثها من طلبة وموظفي الجامعة البيلاروسية الحكومية الذين يعانون من أمراض السكر ممن لديهم ارتفاع في ضغط الدم، حيث بلغت عينة البحث (24) فرداً، ثم قامت الباحثة بتقسيمهم بالتساوي إلى (12) فرداً بواقع (6) أفراد من الذكور و(6) أفراد من الإناث وكذلك بالنسبة لمتغير الوظيفة إلى (6) أفراد من الموظفين و(6) أفراد من الطلبة في مجموعة. وبعد هذا الإجراء قامت بقياس ضغط الدم لدى كل منهم لمعرفة أثر البرنامج عليهم قبل وبعد التجربة، كما قامت الباحثة أيضاً ببناء برنامج علاجي بالموسيقى والذي تضمن ثلاث جلسات، إذ تضمنت كل جلسة نغمة موسيقية معينة. وقامت الباحثة بعرض فقرات البرنامج مع النغمات الموسيقية على مجموعة من الخبراء لاستخراج الصدق الظاهري. وبعد تطبيق البرنامج أظهرت النتائج أن البرنامج العلاجي بالموسيقى كان له أثر في خفض ضغط الدم لدى مرضى السكر. The problem of the study and its significance: - \ Faces of the individual in his life many stressful events, which includes expertise undesirable, and events may involve a lot of sources of tension and the risk factors and threats in all areas of life, and this would make the stressful events play a role in the genesis of many diseases physical. \ The high blood pressure is one of the most Actual manifestations of mental stress in the present scale physical disorders which may frequently in men relative to women, which may be caused by spasms in the blood vessels. \ The disease blood sugar is one of the most ailments psychosomatic prevalent at the moment as it is now represents more health challenges in the world of the twenty-first century, to be considered an epidemic threatens developing and developed countries alike because of what the resulting complications dangerous such as heart disease, high blood pressure, blood vessels, amputation, kidney failure, blindness and thus lead to a deficit, and low life expectancy. \ Because physiological disorders play a major role in the occurrence of psychosomatic illnesses, and in continuation and raise, and the weakness of the individual in the face of resistance. It is this sense care of psychologists and doctors searching for therapeutic find ways to be more useful with these patients in terms of material and physical, including music therapy. The Aim of the research: - \ Current research aims to identify the impact of music therapy in lowering high blood pressure in patients with diseases of sugar according to their sex, job. \ The limits of the research.: - \ Search is limited to the study of hypertension in disease with diseases of sugar to a sample of students and staff of the Belarusian State University in the province (Minsk) for the academic year (2012) \ Research procedures.: - \ Faces of the individual in his life many stressful events, which includes expertise \ The researcher has chosen a way intentional sample order to examine the students and university staff Belarusian government who suffer from diseases of sugar who have high blood pressure, reaching research sample (24) individuals, then the researcher divided the sample equally to (12) individuals by (6) members of the male and (6) members of the females as well as for variable job to (6) members of the staff and (6) members of the students in each group. After this procedure has the measurement of blood pressure in all of them to see the impact of the program on them before and after the experiment, as the researcher also built a treatment program music, which included three sessions, as each session included specific musical tone. Also the researcher introduced paragraphs program with musical tunes on a group of experts to extract the face validity. implementation of the program, the results showed that music therapy program had an effect in lowering blood pressure in patients with diseases of sugar |
