| 520 | |a تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع متطلبات مكتبة الطفل ومدى توافر جناح خاص في المكتبة العامة وإبراز دورها التربوي ومدى مساهماتها في تنمية الميول القرائية لدى الأطفال وفتح الآفاق للقراءة مع مرحلة الابتدائية ومرحلتي المتوسطة والإعدادية وإبراز أهمية القراءة كوسيلة لثقافة الطفل والوقوف على القراءات الموجهة للأطفال بحسب أعمارهم ، والتعرف على الوسائل الحديثة في جذبهم إلى المكتبة والجهات التي تزودها بالمواد المكتبية التي تنمي الميول القرائيه والموضوعات المفضلة لديهم وتقديم أنموذج مطور مسترشد بتجارب الدول العربية المتقدمة باستعمال المنهج المسحي لدراسة واقع مكتبات أطفال باستعمال عينه من محافظه بغداد من خلال المقابلة لأمناء المكتبات والمعايشه الميدانية لمجتمع الدراسة المكتبات عينة الدراسة إلى تلف وفقدان العديد من المواد المكتبية بسبب الظروف التي مر بها القطر العراقي عام 2003، وان ما متوافر من المواد المكتبية والأثاث والميزانية والخدمات المكتبية ليست بالمستوى المطلوب خاصة في المكتبات العامة، وقلة توافر أمناء مكتبات مؤهلين أكاديميا فضلا من الجانب التربوي والنفسي للطفل .أما أهم التوصيات هي توفير جناح خاص للطفل في المكتبة العامة أو أية مؤسسة تربوية في أي منطقة سكنية إن لم يكن هناك إمكانية لمكتبة مستقلة وتوفير الميزانية المناسبة لتوفير المواد المكتبية والمستلزمات والخدمات وتحويل المكتبات عينة الدراسة من صيغتها التقليدية إلى صيغة جديدة مطورة لتساير التحولات الجارية في المجالات التربوية والتعليمية والتكنولوجية. |b Study aims to identify the reality of the requirements of the Children's Library and the availability of a special wing at the Public Library, and to highlight the role of education and its contribution to the development of orientation to the literacy of children and the prospects for the opening of phase with the reading levels of elementary, middle and junior high reading and highlight the importance of culture as a way to identify the child and readings for children according to age, and to identify on modern methods to attract them to the library and those who provide library materials to develop literacy and the orientation of their favorite topics and provide model developer directives experiences of Arab States developed using the scanning method to study the reality of children using the libraries of the sample from the province of Baghdad during an interview for librarians and fellowship of the community of the field study sample libraries the study to the damage and the loss of many of the office because of the circumstances experienced by the country of Iraq in 2003, and the availability of library materials, furniture, office services and the budget is not a required level, especially in public libraries, and the lack of availability of qualified academic librarians as well as from educational and psychological side of the child. The the most important recommendations is to provide a special wing of the child in any public library or educational institution in a residential area if there is no possibility of an independent bookshop and the provision of the appropriate budget for the provision of library materials and supplies and services and the transformation of libraries as a sample study of traditional to a new formula developed to keep pace with the transformations taking place in the educational and education and technology. | ||
