| المستخلص: | The importance of subject arise touchiest of many person in Iraq after fall down the regime. \ This crime acquire a special request because transforming individual Character to collective character. so It regard a egression on the human right of life, personal security. \ This reason lead us to discuss the international agreement that deal the topic in order to put international standard to guarantee these rights, and so I dived the research to three chapters. \ I devoted the first chapter to concept of Forced Disappearance, while the second chapter named international protection of persons from forced disappearance, the third chapter deals with internal protection of persons from forced disappearance. \ |
