520 |b May the study aimed to: \ Knowledge of the role of specialized supervisor in the educational development of qualified teachers for teaching Arabic language and educational objectives, teaching methods, planning the and implementation , use of educational methods , testing and evaluation ) \ Where they adopted the curriculum descriptive study by the research (questions) which was composed of (47) items . and after confirmation of the validity and reliability, as applied to a sample of the community they study , then the data were collected and analyzed statistically by iterations and the arithmetic mean is likely and the relative weight. \ And through the previous procedures, the researcher to the conclusion that the highest degree of unity was (1.75) The highest weight percentage is (58.33) and located this degree in the field of lesson planning and implementation, the lowest degree of it (1.18) and less weight is (39.35) and is located degree in teaching methods. This indicates that the role of educational supervisor competence in teaching skills semination to the Arabic language teachers guest role because of any clause in any field do not get the role of a high recall, as well as the results indicate the weakness of the adequacy of the educational supervisor in the development of teaching skills. \ In light of the results the researcher recommended the need for increased attention to supervision of the educational system by increasing the number of supervisors in the jurisdiction of the Arabic language, and working to develop their abilities through the holding of courses, seminars and conferences to raise awareness of modern trends in modern educational supervision . \ And the researcher suggested conducting similar studies in other provinces and the whole of Iraq, as suggested by the researcher know the role of administrators in other subjects in the development of the performance of teachers . \
