| المستخلص: | يتحدد نطاق مشكلة البحث وأهدافه بتشخيص أثر خصائص معرفة العمل- المتغير التفسيري وتشمل تعقيد العمل، ومعالجة البيانات، وحل المشاكل، وتنوع المهارة. والمتغير التابع هو أبعاد جودة المنتج (أداء المنتج، والمعولية، والمطابقة، والمظهر الخارجي، والمتانة وقابلية الخدمة، والجودة المدركة). وانبثقت عنه فرضيتان أساسيتان. الأولي تتعلق بتحديد علاقات الارتباط بين المتغيرات. والثانية تبين أثر خصائص معرفة العمل في إبعاد جودة المنتج. واختيرت الشركة العامة للصناعات الكهربائية كموقع لأجراء البحث اذ يمثل مجتمع البحث مدراء الأقسام الرئيسة في الشركة، ومدراء المعامل الإنتاجية، ومعاوني مدراء تلك المعامل، ومسؤولي الخطوط الإنتاجية. واختيار عينة قصدية لإنجاز الجانب العلمي، واعتمدت الاستبانة كأداة رئيسة مستندين على بعض المقاييس الجاهزة بغية الحصول على البيانات المطلوبة فضلا عن أسلوب المقابلات الشخصية بهدف دقة مفردات الاستبانة وتوضيحها وصحة تحليل النتائج. وتوصلت الدراسة لمجموعة من الاستنتاجات وأهمها وجود علاقات ارتباط بين خصائص معرفة العمل ومتغيراته (معالجة البيانات، وحل المشاكل، وتنوع المهارة) وبين أبعاد جودة المنتج إجمالا. والتأثير ذو دلالة معنوية لخصائص معرفة العمل ومتغيراته (معالجة البيانات، وحل المشاكل، وتنوع المهارة) في أبعاد جودة المنتج إجمالا. وركزت التوصيات على قيام الشركة بتحفيز خصائص المعرفة الأخرى (تعقيد العمل) بغية التوصل إلى المعالجات اللازمة لتحسين العمل وبما يساهم في تحسين جودة المنتج. The problem and goals of the frame research can be determined by the job characters in dimensions of product quality. The connection between the work characters (independent variable) and there variables (complexity of work, processing of data, solution of problems, typing of efficiencyances) and between an dimensions of product quality (the followed variable) and its variables (product doing, effectiveness, compatible outside appearance, strength, serving capability, quality). These comparisons came from two basic base hypostases, the first connected with the relation of connection, and the second connected with effect of the job characters in an dimensions of product quality. The general company of electrical industries was choose as a location for the research. The research represents the main departments managers in the assistance of managers for these firms, the officers of production lines . A sample was choose for completing practical side and the poll was as a main tool with depending on some scales and develop it by a group of professional staff in this field in order to reach the required data in addition to personal meeting aiming to get exact poll and results analysis. using The study has reached to a group of conclusions, and the importance one, existence of relations of connection between job characters and its variables (processing of data, solution of problems, typing of efficiency) and generally an dimensions of product quality. The effectiveness has moral sense (for the job characters and its variables) (processing of data, solution of problems, typing of efficiency) in an Dimensions of product quality. The recommendations focused that the company must improve other job characters properties such as (complexity of work) in order to reach the necessary processing for an improve of the job which leads to contribute the product quality improvement. |
