| المستخلص: | إن السيطرة على إدارات الشركات المساهمة يمكن أن يتحقق بأساليب متعددة، منها السيطرة عن طريق عقود السيطرة أو الإدارة وعقود نقل التكنولوجيا حيث تمنح هذه العقود السيطرة للشركة على الشركات أخرى، إلا أن الأسلوب الأكثر شيوعا الذي يمنح الشخص سواء كان طبيعيا أم معنويا الهيمنة والسيطرة على إدارة الشركة المساهمة هو الاستحواذ على رأس مالها بالشكل الذي يمنح المستحوذ قوة تصويتية غالبة في الجمعية العامة للشركة المستحوذ عليها، بحيث يتمكن فيه من السيطرة على القرارات الهامة التي تنظم حياتها، ومن ثم الوصول إلى السيطرة على مجلس إدارتها على أنه الجهة التي تتولى الإدارة الفعلية للشركة المساهمة.
