| المستخلص: | تستهدف هذه الدراسة إبراز دور الغرب في مواجهة المظاهر الإسلامية فيما يخص حجاب المرأة المسلمة الذي أخذ الغرب يضيق به ذرعا، وقد بنيت الدراسة على فرضية قائمة على أن العلاقة بين المظاهر الإسلامية في واحدة منها الحجاب والسياسات الغربية علاقة طردية، وتشكل هذه الظاهرة "الحجاب" عاملا مؤرقا لصناع السياسة في الغـرب، وإن ما ذهبت إليه الدراسة من أهداف كانت بمجملها بيان واقع الحريـة الفرديـة لـدى المسلمين بالغرب، وأسباب التوجس من ظاهرة الحجاب لدى الغـربيين، كمـا أثـارت الدراسة عدة أسئلة ضمن إشكاليتها تعرضنا لها في ثنايا البحث، ولأغراض الوفاء بكـل بذلك تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي والتاريخي، لكونهما الأنسب في تحقيق المطلوب. \ لقد جاءت نتائج الدراسة مؤكدة لصحة الفرضية، كما أوصلتنا إلى عدة نتائج أهمها: إن التمسك بالحجاب ينبع من كونه رمزا للهوية الإسلامية، والضجة حوله ترمـي إلـى تسييس قضيته للنيل من المسلمين وهويتهم، وتركيز الغرب على الحجاب من بين مظاهر طوائف الأديان الأخرى لدليل على نظرته العنصرية. \ وأما أهم التوصيات فهي: التركيز في الدفاع عن قضية الحجاب على أصول علمانية الغرب، والنصوص الدستورية لدوله، وإعلان مبادئ حقوق الإنسان، وميثاق هيئة الأمم المتحدة، لأنها جميعا تنادي بوجوب ضمان الحرية العامة، بالإضافة إلى التمسك بالحجاب عن وعي لدى المسلمات، والابتعاد عن التشنج في درء المتهكمين. This study aims at revealing the role of the west in its confrontation of Islamic characteristics, concerning the Muslim woman’s Veil which seems to annoy them. The study is based on the assumption that the relation between the Islamic characteristics, among which is the Hijab (Veil), and western policies constitutes a worrying factor for policy makers in the West. The aim of this study is devoted to reveal the reality of the Muslims' individual freedom in the West and the reasons of the western suspicion concerning the Hijab phenomenon. Moreover, the study raises several questions which were dealt with in the research by adopting the descriptive and the historical approaches since they are the most suitable in achieving its goal. The results of the study confirm the correctness of the assumption and lead us to several conclusions. The commitment to Hijab comes from its being a symbol to the Islamic identity and the roar around it which aims at making a political issue in order to take revenge from Muslims and their identity, and the west's concentration on the Hijab as a characteristic is an evidence of its discrimination. \ Of the best recommendations are the following: focusing on defending the Hijab issue in front of the west and the charters of its countries and announcing the principles of the human rights and the charter of the United Nations. Because all of these are for the necessity of preserving freedom in addition to the Muslim women’s awareness of the commitment to Hijab, and not being obstinate in dealing with those who ridicule of the whole issue. |
