| المستخلص: | تتكون البيئة الطبيعية من عناصر أساسية هي الماء والهواء والتربة والنبات والحيوان، ويوجد نوع من التوازن البيئي الدقيق بين هذه العناصر، بحيث يؤدى المساس به إلي الإخلال بنظامها الإلـهي، فقد أرسى الله سبحانه وتعالى هذا التوازن البيئي في وَقَوْله تَعَالَى ﴿ إِنَّا كُلّ شَيْء خَلَقْنَاهُ بِقَدَرٍ ﴾(1)، وقال جل شأنه: ﴿ وكُلُّ شَىءٍ عِندَهُ بِمِقْدَارٍ﴾(2)، وتبرز مشكلة موضوع البحث في تزايد التلوث البيئي حتى أصبحت مشكلة تهدد مستقبل الحياة وحاضرها على كوكب الأرض، وهذا ما جناه الإنسان بيده، وسلوكه العمدي وغير العمدي، وبدأت البيئة تنوء بـما أصابـها من تلوث، وانعكس ذلك على كافة الكائنات الحية وغيرها، فأصاب التلوث عناصر البيئة من ماء وهواء وغذاء وتربة٠ فالماء أصبح ملوثا بالكيماويات والفضلات الملقاة فيه، واختلت في الهواء نسب الغازات المكونة له بفعل آلات الاحتراق في المصانع والسيارات، وأصبح الغذاء ملوثا بالـمبيدات والكيماويات الحافظة وغيرها، وأصاب التربة التلوث بسبب بقايا المبيدات والأسمدة الكيماوية. ولذا تفاقمت مشكلة التلوث وتعاظم خطرها مع تقدم الصناعة، والتزايد المستمر في عدد سكان العالم. وهكذا تبرز مشكلة البحث في كيفية وضع سياج فعال من الحماية النظامية للبيئة من التلوث، وتطلب ذلك الاهتمام بغرس مبادئ الدين والأخلاق في نفوس الأفراد، بأن البيئة تراث مشترك للإنسانية، وهذا ما سوف نستعرضه في بحثنا الماثل.
