| المستخلص: | إن العلاقات التي تربط بين الدول عموما تتفاوت من حيث الأهمية والتماسك وهذا التفاوت يتأثر ويتناغم تبعا للمصالح والأهداف المنشودة لكلا الطرفين . خضع الوطن العربي من المحيط إلى الخليج العربي لقوى استعمارية متباينة ومر بمدد متشابهة في دراميتها . في ضوء ذلك لا بد إن تتأثر العلاقات العربية بعوامل عديدة بفعل ذلك الخضوع الاستعماري من خلال زرع الأزمات حدودية كانت أو في السياسة الداخلية ، إلا إننا نستطيع إن نحدد متغير مشترك ساهم وسيبقى مؤثر في تعكير أو صفاء العلاقات العربية العربية من خلال تحقيق المواقف المشتركة من أبرز قضية في الحياة العربية إلا وهي قضية فلسطين في أهم مرحلة من حياة القضية وهي التقسيم والحرب العربية مع العصابات الصهيونية التي انطلقت من أجل تخليص الأرض العربية وبدلا من إنجاز العمل في تحقيق الخلاص برزت هناك خلافات جديدة بسببها ونستطيع إن نتناول في ذلك نموذجا لهذه الصورة في العلاقات العراقية المصرية بإعتبارهم من الأقطار المتميزة من حيث المساحة والمساهمة في الحياة العربية. \ من هنا تأني أهمية البحث المعنون ( أثر القضية الفلسطينية في العلاقات العربية العربية " العلاقات العراقية - المصرية أنموذجا 1947 – 1948) وسيقتصر البحث على المدة المحددة فقط لأن المراحل اللاحقة وهي الخمسينات والستينات من القرن العشرين تمثل إنتعاش المد القومي العربي بقيادة جمال عبد الناصر وحركة القومين العرب وكذلك مساهمة تنظيمات سياسية عديدة وشهد ذات الجيل التي ساهم فيها على الانتكاسات التي تعرضت لها الحركة القومية \ The period that followed world war the is considered one of the conspicuous eras in the history of the Arab -Arab relations as a result of the birth of the basic variable in that relationship . the Arab league which is classified as ore of the major projects of unity from the viewpoint of this founders. \ Iraq and Egypt are considered the major poles in the Arab league and that their rapprochement means an accurate support to the Arab organization whereas their separation produces a negative effect . in that case the Arab league is converted from a place of gathering and unity into a plea of challenge and rivalry among sister countries this is due to the variable which the political .arena witnessed the Palestinian issue being to most conspicuous example Iraq used to believe that it could lead the Arab group but the opening up of Egypt after the world war and its endeavor to have an influential role in the dire citron of events taking place in the Arab area convinced Iraq that it is facing a new rival which will have a role in the Arab politics consequently this lead to a rivalry between the tow this has fully reflected in exploiting the palestiucar issue in opposite stands the characteristic of the volatile events can not make us judge that the relations between them were completely negative rather there were positive Overlapping stations in such areas as the cultural ones where Egyptian universities contributed to graduating a great deal of Iraqi Students . Further more Iraqi Schools and universities hare a quite few numbers of Egyptian teachers and lecturers . All this make us convinced that the political relations between the two countries are greatly affected by the political Stands .but the other relations may not be much affected \ |
