| المستخلص: | ناقش البحث عروبة القدس منذ التاريخ القديم وبناءها والاقوام الذين حكموها، ولحد يومنا هذا، واقامة المستوطنات وتحصينها بالجدار العزل العنصري وتطويقها، ومعلومات عن هذا الجدار والمنظور القانوني لاسرائيل. واجراءاتها في القدس المحتلة لاحكام سيطرتها على هذه المدينة منها مصادرة الاراضي، بناء المستوطنات، تهجير الفلسطينين، وازالة معالمها العربية والإسلامية وافقادها طابعها الحضاري، وتوصل في الخاتمة، ان الحل لهذا الصراع هو الذي يقوم على حق تقرير المصير وتمكين الشعب الفلسطيني العربي إلى ممارسة هذا الحق واقامة دولته المستقلة. Discussed the Arab identity of Jerusalem since the research of ancient history, build and tribes who controlled it, and reduce the present day, and the establishment of settlements and fortify the wall of racial segregation and cordoned off, and information on this wall and the legal perspective of Israel. And procedures in the occupied Jerusalem to retain control of the city, including land confiscation, settlement building, the displacement of Palestinians, and the removal of its Arab, Islamic and Afaqadha nature of civilization, and reached the conclusion, that the solution to this conflict is based on self-determination and empowerment of the Palestinian people, the Arab to the exercise of this right and establish their independent state |
