| المستخلص: | يعد الفضل بن شاذان من الشخصيات الفكرية المتميزة على جميع الاصعدة، وتحديداً على الصعيد الفقهي، لذلك ظهرت بصماته واضحة من خلال التراث العلمي الذي ناهز المئة والثمانون كتاباً، فضلاً عن رواياته العلمية والفقهية عن الائمة المعصومين (ع) واتباعهم، وقد اطر تلك المؤلفات والروايات ضمن اطار علمي ذا منهجية أكاديمية رائعة ضم في ثناياه الأسلوب والعلمية والدقة، مع اعتماده على المصادر الاصلية في تقصي الحقائق والغور في بواطن الأمور؛ للوقوف على الجوهر أو المضمون، ولا ريب ان كل تم بفضل العقل القادر على الاحاطة العلمية بمثل هذا المجال، فكان الفضل بن شاذان هو المؤهل علمياً وفكرياً لتبوء هذه المكانة.
