| المستخلص: | أصبحت وسائل الإعلام إحدى عناصر القوة، وأصبح من البديهي القول أن من يملك وسائل الإعلام في هذا الزمن يملك زمام تفكير الشعوب، وتوجهاتهم، حيث تحول العالم بفضل هذه الوسائل الإعلامية ونتيجة لهذا الضخ الإعلامي المليء بالأفكار والأيديولوجيات إلى تغير في منظومة القيم والأفكار في مختلف أصقاع العالم، وهذا هو هدف الإعلام الموجه، والذي كان عامل حسم في كثير من المواقف والصراعات الدينية والسياسية والاقتصادية وحتى العسكرية. \ يتجاهل الكثير أو يتغافل عن حقيقة قوة الإعلام في العصر الحالي وهؤلاء الذين يتجاهلون أو يتغافلون يفضلون متابعة التي تنشر عن أهمية الإعلام بشي من الحياد، ّإذ لا شك أننا نعيش اليوم وفي ظل العولمة التي تعد بالفعل ثورة إعلامية بكل ما تحمله الكلمة من معاني ودلالات، ثورة تلاقح فيها الرقم مع الحرف في تفاعل مع أجهزة الإعلام والكمبيوتر، لتشكل ما يطلق عليه بالطرق السريعة للإعلام، التي ليست لها كوابح تحد من اندفاعها، ولا حواجز تعيق التدفق الإعلامي المنهمر في كل الاتجاهات، وهذا انعكس على ظاهرة احتواء الإعلام من قبل جهات بعينها وانحصر محتوى الرسائل الإعلامية تبعا لرغبات هذه الجهات إن كانت سياسية أو اقتصادية أو عقائدية أو فكرية.
