المستخلص:Attention to the phenomenon of unemployment and job opportunity for magnitude or negative consequences on society, but to the lack of treatment theory and methodology as well, where we find that most studies focused on the analysis of the phenomenon at the country level, without providing a deeper understanding of the issue of unemployment in the Arab countries and an analysis Comparative between Arab communities. Hence the current study seeks to attempt to identify the following aspects: patterns of unemployment and common pattern, the international dimensions of youth unemployment, deportation and local employment opportunities, demographic transformation and growth of the labor force, employment policies and the Fight against unemployment Arab and some international experience successful. \ with regard to the analysis the plan relies on transition of the general (the global variables), To the private level (Arab economic conditions) As for the method of comparative analysis, was adopted by the study with a view to creating a comprehensive vision of the phenomenon of unemployment in the Arab world, focusing on Egypt, In addition to the above study will rely on sociological and demographic analyses, where the nature of the topics that the previous administration. \ Accordingly, the current study found the following findings: \ 1-Globalization has exacerbated the economic problems in most of the Arab world, and its accompanying policy led to the loss of jobs rather than availability. \ 2- the policy of reform and structural adjustment, is primarily responsible for the absence of employment opportunities. \ 3- Inflation and unemployment rates stood.
