| المستخلص: | تقارن الاتجاهات الحديثة في التربية العملية فكان من الضروري التحويل من التعليم السلبي إلي التعليم الإيجابي الذي يهتم بمناقشة المتعلم والتعبير عن رأيه في ضوء ذلك ظهرت استراتيجية حديثة وهي (التدريس التبادلي) وفيها يركز المعلم علي تفصيل طريقه التدريس التي تستخدم للطالب بالاهتمام بنشاط الطالب ومشاركته في العملية التعليمية وتبادل المعاني مع زملاءه مما ينمي لغة الحوار السليمة وتعديل أسلوبه المعرفي وخاصة في المواد الدراسية التي تحتاج إلي تطبيق مثل ماده الإدارة المنزلية التي تعتبر العمود الفقري للتفكير الإداري لدي الطلاب حيث يتبين أن هناك فروق داله إحصائياً لصالح المجموعة الضابطة للطلاب المطبق عليهم أسلوب التدريس التبادلي وذلك عن طريق عناصره من (تلخيص- توليد تساؤلات- تنبؤ- توضيح) علي تحليل الصعوبات التي تواجهم وقدرتهم علي مواجهتها وتوضيحها مما انعكس علي نمو مهاراتهم وقدرتهم علي التحصيل لماده الإدارة المنزلية.\ ويوصي الباحث بضرورة استخدام استراتيجية التدريس التبادلي في تدريس معظم العلوم، وضرورة عقد دورات تدريبيه لتوعيه القائمين بالتدريس التبادلي، وأخيراً التركيز من خلال الإعلام علي أهمية التفكير الإداري في شتي مجالات الحياة.\ Compare recent trends in the breeding process was necessary to transform from passive to education a positive, who cares to discuss the learner and the expression of his opinion in the light, so there is a modem strategy, a (Teaching reciprocal), and the focus of the teacher to tailor his way of teaching that use of the student interest in active student participation in the educational process and the exchange of meanings with his colleagues, which develops the language of dialogue sound and adjust his style of knowledge and especially in the subjects that need to be applied, such as hypertext home management, which is the backbone of the thinking of managing the students, where it becomes apparent that there are significant differences to the interests of the control group of students used their method of reciprocal teaching, through the elements of the (summarized _ generating questions forecasting disambiguation) to analyze the difficulties Tusbandm and their ability to confrontation and clarification, which was reflected on the growth of their skills and their ability on the achievement of a substance home management (recommendations)\ (1)\ The need to use a strategy of reciprocal teaching in most of the teaching of Science.\ (2)\ The need to hold training sessions to enlighten the elements of reciprocal teaching.\ (3)\ And how the application on the teaching staff.\ |
