| المستخلص: | هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة الأسباب التي تحول بين الطالب وبين مادة الإحصاء، حيث أن الطالب لا يشعر بمدى أهمية مادة الإحصاء وارتباطها بحياته لعدم ربط الإحصاء بواقع وبيئة الدارس، كما هدفت إلى المشكلات التي تعيق مشرف الإحصاء للقيام بمهامه التربوية والتعليمية في منطقة غزة التعليمية. \ حيث أنها وزعت استبانه أعدها الباحث وقننها مكونة من أربع فقرات كل فقرة مكونة من عدة أبعاد. \ وزعت الاستبانة على عينة مكونة من 100 دارس من أصل المجتمع المكون من 420 دارس وأدخلت بياناتها إلى الحاسوب لتحلل باستخدام برنامج (spss). \ فكانت مجالات الاستبانة تتفاوت من حيث قوتها، حيث كان متوسط درجة الموافقة على الفقرات المقترحة في المجالات ككل من وجهة نظر العينة قد بلغت (176.38 ) وبلغ الوزن النسبي للمجالات ككل (67.84%)، وبدراسة أي المجالات أكثر تأثيراً بـ" صعوبات تعلم مقرر الإحصاء لدى طلبة جامعة القدس المفتوحة في منطقة غزة التعليمية من وجهة نظرهم "سيتم ترتيبها تنازلياً وهي:\ صعوبات تتعلق بالمقرر.\ صعوبات تتعلق بالمشرف الأكاديمي.\ صعوبات تتعلق بالطلبة. \ كما يقدم هذا البحث بعض المقترحات لتطوير أداء المشرف من خلال حصر الأسباب وترتيبها حسب رأى الدارس.
