| المستخلص: | لقد قسمت هذا البحث على مقدمة وخمسة مباحث. هي:- \ المبحث الأول:- التعريف بأبي الليث. \ المبحث الثاني:- التعريف بعيون المسائل. \ المبحث الثالث:- منهجه العام في الكتاب. \ المبحث الرابع:- منهجه في النقل وإيراد الأقوال. \ المبحث الخامس:- منهجه في تحرير مسائل الكتاب. \ وأنهيت البحث بخاتمة أوجزت فيها أهم النتائج ومن أهمها:- \ 1.\ استوعبت ما أمكن من جوانب حياة أبي الليث- رحمه الله- بعد أن كانت متناثرة في بطون الكتب على الرغم من قلة المادة المتوافرة. \ 2.\ عرفت بكتاب (عيون المسائل) وبينت أهميته. \ 3.\ إن الكتاب جمع أقوال علماء المذهب غير المشتهرة في كتب الفقه بحيث استقصى المؤلف على الكثير من أقوال الفقهاء ما لا رواية عنهم في الكتاب ليسهل على الناظر فيها طريق الاجتهاد. \ 4.\ قسم كتابه (عيون المسائل) إلى أبواب بحسب مقتضيات البحث فبضعها كان وجيزاً والآخر واسع. \ 5.\ اعتماده في النقل بإيراده للنص وقد يعلق عليه إن استوجب أو يورد أقوال أخرى في المسألة الواحدة. \ Some Features of Abi Allaith ALSamerkandi's Approach in his Uioon AL-Masail (Eyes on Issues of Philology). This research has been divided into an introduction and five sections, as follows: \ The first section: An Introduction to Abi Allaith. \ The second section: An Introduction to Uioon AL-Masail. \ The third section: His General Approach in the Book. \ The fourth section: His Approach in Narration and Tracing sayings. \ The fifth section: His Approach in Revising Issues in his Book. \ The conclusion sums up the most important results as \ follows: \ 1.\ I gathered whatever possible of the biography of Abi Allaith (May God Have Bless on his soul) after being shattered in different references despite their scarcity. \ 2.\ I introduced the book (Uioon ALMasail) and indicated its significance. \ 3.\ The book collects the sayings of scholars of the sect (Mathhab) unknown in books of philology. The anther has traced many of the scholar's sayings that do not have references in the book to facilitate the creativity of the readers. \ 4.\ . The book (Uioon ALMasial) has been divided into sections based on the requirements of the research. Some of them were restricted while others were expanded. \ The author depends in narration on referring to the whole text. \ He might comment on it if necessary or refer to other sayings concerning a single issue. |
