المستخلص:On the banks of Euphrates and since the historical centuries, the ancient cities just like Ur, Warka, Eridu, Lagash, and Umma originated, and the area filled with a huge network of natural and artificial waterways to connect theses cities with the main river Euphrates and then to the Arab Gulf, a Delmun, and since the third millennium B.C., the trade exchange was with Delmun, Meggan, and Mulukha's ships carry with the agricultural and animals goods and products from Mesopotamia and come back with metals, woods, and precious stones. \ The Semites also apply the same rules and expansion of business to north of Euphrates with Levant, Asia, and Mediterranean \ The Euphrates filled with different shapes and tonnage ships, the rules organized the ship's fees and originated monitoring stations and collect the tax, each ship with its tonnage. \ State's ships were exempt from taxation and these stations were organizing the passage of ships and protecting all these ships. \
