| المستخلص: | هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى إعداد نموذج مقترح لتفعيل دور مراكز التأهيل المهني للمعوقين في التدريب والتشغيل في ضوء الاتجاهات العالمية، والمعوقات التي تواجه تلك المراكز من وجهة نظر المعوقين والمشرفين، والأمور التي يجب مراعاتها في تأهيل المعوقين، وقد أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن واقع مراكز التأهيل من وجهة نظر المعوقين والمشرفين تتمثل في وجود عدد من السلبيات أدت إلى عدم تحقيق النتائج المتوقعة ومن أهمها عدد من الأمور منها عدم توفير الموارد المالية، وعدم توفير الكوادر البشرية، وعدم توفير الأجهزة والأدوات اللازمة، وعدم توفير مجالات متعددة من التدريب بحيث أن يكون لكل معوق تدريب يتناسب مع قدراته وإمكانياته، وعدم انتشار المراكز في جميع أنحاء المملكة، ووجهة النظر السلبية من المجتمع نحو عمل المعوق، وعدم سهولة إلحاق المعوق بعمل بعد تأهيله وتدريبه، وعدم متابعة المعوق من قبل المركز بعد عملية التدريب والتشغيل، وقد قام الباحث بعمل نموذج في ضوء الاتجاهات العالمية للتصدي لتلك المعوقات يتكون من خمس مراحل أساسية بدءً من مرحلة التهيئة والقبول حتى مرحلة المتابعة وقام الباحث بشرح النموذج وكيفية تطبيقه إلى حيز الواقع The present study aimed to develop a proposed model for activation of the role of vocational rehabilitation centers for persons with disabilities in training and operating in the light of global trends, and constraints faced by the centers of attention of the persons with disabilities, supervisors, and the things that must be considered in the rehabilitation of persons with disabilities, and study results indicated that the reality of rehabilitation centers of the perspective of persons with disabilities and supervisors are in the presence of a number of negatives led to the failure to achieve expected results and the most important of a number of things including lack of financial resources، lack of manpower ،lack of equipment and tools ،and the lack of multiple areas of training so that each disabled training commensurate with its capabilities and potential, and non-proliferation centers in all parts of the Kingdom, and view the negative of the community about the work of the disabled, and not easily appended with disabilities work after rehabilitation and training, lack of follow-up to the disabled by the Center after the training process, operation, and the rcesearcher work model in the light of trends world to address these constraints consists of five basic stages starting from the initialization phase, acceptance and even follow-up phase, the researcher explained the form and how to apply it to fruition. |
