| المستخلص: | تناول البحث الحالي موضوع أخلقه الإدارة الجامعية بوصفه من الموضوعات المعاصرة التي تكتسب أهميتها ومداها من واقع حال الجهود المحلية والعالمية التي تسعى إلى تحقيق البقاء والاستمرار للأنظمة الإدارية بواسطة امتلاك الميزات التنافسية ذات البعد الأخلاقي سواء تجاه العاملين والمستفيدين والقادة أو الهيكل التنظيمي والقرارات. \ هدف البحث إلى معرفة الأخلاقيات في كل من المنهج الإسلامي والفكر الياباني وصولاً إلى تحديد أوجه الاستفادة وإجراءات تفعيل المبادئ الأخلاقية للإدارة الجامعية في مصر. \ استخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي وكذلك المنهج الأصولي، وانتهى البحث بمجموعة من الاستنتاجات وذلك لتفعيل أخلاقيات الإدارة الجامعية في مصر من أهمها ما يلي: \ 1-\ أن المنهج الإسلامي عقيدة وشريعة حض على الأخلاقيات وأن هناك منظومة فكرية متكاملة الأطر والمبادئ لبناء الأخلاقيات الإدارية بمعاملها الإسلامية في كل مجال. \ 2-\ لم تكن منظومة الأخلاقيات الإدارية في الإسلام منظومة نظرية في عقول أهلها ولكنها كانت مارسات فعلية جسدها الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم في أفعاله وممارساته العملية وكذلك جسدها الصحابة التابعون في العصور الإسلامية الأولى. \ 3-\ تملك الإدارة اليابانية نظاماً للأخلاقيات تتوافق مع المبادئ والتعاليم والأسس والقواعد الإسلامية وإذا ما تم تطبيقه حققت الإدارة الجامعية في مصر نتائجها المرجوة. \ 4-\ توجد هوة غائرة بين الإدارة الإسلامية كحالة أخلاقية مثالية نؤمن بها ونتطلع إليها وبين ممارسات الإدارة الجامعية كحالة واقعية ابتعدت بهذا القدر أو ذاك عن نموذجها المثالي تحت وطأة الخلل العقائدي والفكري في نفوس الموظفين بالإضافة إلى الظروف الحالية وتحديات التجارب الإدارية الماضية التي فُرضت. \ وبناء على الاستنتاجات السابقة استخلص الباحث من أخلاقيات الإدارة اليابانية الإسلامية العديد من الاعتبارات الأخلاقية التي يجب الاحتذاء بها، ثم وضع الباحث مجموعة من الإجراءات التربوية والاقتصادية والسياسية والتشريعية والتنظيمية والاجتماعية والإعلامية والتكنولوجية التي من شأنها تفعيل أخلاقيات الإدارة الجامعية في مصر. \ Ethics of university administration in the light of Islamic methodology and the Japanese thought. \ Touched on this research synthesized university administration as one of the contemporary issues which are of importance and extent of the reality of the efforts of local and global, which seeks to achieve to stay and continue to systems management by having the competitive advantages of the ethical dimension both to employees and beneficiaries and the leaders or the organizational structure and decision. \ The research aims to know the ethics in both the Islamic curriculum and Japanese thought the way to determine the benefit aspects and procedures of activation ethics of the University administration in Egypt. \ The research has used the analytical descriptive methodology, and the fundamentalistic methodology. The research reached to many results, the importance ones are the answer came in a set of conclusions and that for the synthesis of university administration in Egypt, including the following: \ 1-\ The Islamic paradigm as a dogma and legislation urges for ethics and there is an intellectual matrix with complete frames and principles to structure of the administrative ethics with its Islamic characters in each field. \ 2-\ The matrix of realizing administrative ethics in Islam isn't a theoretical matrix in the Muslims Minds but that matrix was actual Aractice the prophet (pbuh) embodied in his practical doing and deeds and also embodied by his fellow believers in the earlier Muslims civilization. \ 3-\ Japanese management has a system of ethics consistent with the principles and teachings and principles and the Islamic rules and if management has been applied university in Egypt, the desired results. \ 4-\ There deep gap between the Islamic administration as a case moral ideal we believe in and we look forward to and between the practices of the university administration as a case realistic away more or less on the model of the ideal under the weight of a defect ideological and intellectual in the hearts of the staff in addition to the current circumstances and the challenges of administrative experiences the past imposed. \ Based on previous findings concluded a researcher extracted from ethics of the Islamic and Japanese management many ethical considerations that should be emulated, and then the Rzzesearcher a set of the educational, economic, political, legislative, regulatory, social, media and technology procedures that would activate the ethics of the university administration in Egypt. \ |
