| المستخلص: | تهدف هاته المقاربة إلى إبراز دور التعليم الجامعي في تطوير المجتمع وتنميته، وتوسيع آفاقه المعرفية والثقافية؛ من خلال إسهام مؤسساته في تخريج كوادر بشرية تمتلك المعرفة والعلم والتدريب، قادرة على العمل في مختلف المجالات والتخصصات العلمية؛ حيث توظف طاقاتها وإمكاناتها لتحقيق أهدافها المتعلقة بالتعليم، وإعداد القوى البشرية، إضافة إلى خدمة المجتمع؛ فلكل جامعة رسالتها التي هي من صنع المجتمع، وأداة لصنع قياداته الفنية والمهنية والفكرية؛ خاصة مع ما نشهده من بروز مجتمع المعلومات ومجتمع المعرفة التي تؤثر على التغيرات الاجتماعية المستمرة وهذا ما يؤكد الدور المهم للجامعة في تحديد مخرجات تتلاءم مع طبيعة العصر؛ كون الإعداد الجيد للأجيال يساهم في نقل الثقافة والعمل على خدمة المجتمع وتنميته بجميع جوانبه الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والمعرفية والسياسية. These circumstances approach aims to highlight the role of higher education in the development of society and its development, and expand the horizons of knowledge and cultural ; through the contribution of its institutions in the graduation of human resources with the knowledge, science and training, able to work in various fields and scientific disciplines; employing their energies and their potential to achieve its goals relating to education, and the preparation of manpower, in addition to community service; Every mission that are making society University, and a tool for making technical leadership and professional and intellectual; especially with what we are seeing from the emergence of the information society and knowledge which affect the on going social changes society, This underlines the important role of the university in determining the outcomes consistent with the nature of the times; the fact that good preparation for generations to contribute to the transfer of culture and work on community service and development of all aspects of social, economic, and political knowledge. |
