| المستخلص: | الهدف من هذه البحث هو التعرف على مستوى الفاعلية الهجومية للمنتخب المصري مقارنة بفرق المستويات العليا في بطولة كأس العالم للكرة الطائرة للشباب تحت ٢١ سنة والمقامة بالبحرين ۲۰۲۳، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي لمناسبه لطبيعة البحث وقام الباحث بتحليل جميع مباريات البطولة والتي عددها (٦٤) مباراة، وأظهرت النتائج انخفاض فاعلية المنتخب المصري في الأداءات الهجومية التي يمكن من خلالها إحراز نقطة (الضرب الهجومي، حائط الصد، الإرسال)، وجود فروق معنوية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الثلاث منتخبات ذات الترتيب المتقدم في فاعلية الضرب الهجومي والإرسال والمنتخب المصري وذلك لصالح الثلاث منتخبات (إيران –إيطاليا -بلغاريا)، ظهرت أيضا فروق معنوية ذات دلال إحصائية بين مجموعة المنتخبات ذات المستوى العالي ومجموع المنتخبات ذا المستوى المتوسط (تتضمن المنتخب المصري) وذلك لصالح المنتخبات ذات المستوى العالي في فاعلية الإرسال، والضرب الهجومي وحائط الصد، مما يتطلب الاهتمام بانتقاء اللاعبين لمنتخبات الشباب من خلال قياسات علمية موضوعيه (مرفولوجية وفسيولوجية وبيوميكانيكة وبدنية...... الخ)، واهتمام المدربين بتدريب اللاعبين على مهارة حائط الصد حيث ظهر انخفاض واضح في أداء تلك المهارة من لاعبي المنتخب المصري مقارنة بباقي المنتخبات المشاركة في البطولة. The aim of this research is to identify the level of offensive effectiveness of the Egyptian national team compared to the top-level teams in the U-21 Volleyball World Cup, which will be held in Bahrain in 2023. The researcher used the descriptive approach to suit the nature of the research. The researcher analyzed all matches of the tournament, which numbered (64) matches. The results showed a decrease in the effectiveness of the Egyptian team in the offensive performances through which a point can be scored (offensive hitting, blocking, and serving), and the presence of statistically significant differences between the three highly ranked teams in the effectiveness of offensive hitting, serving, and the Egyptian team, in favor of the three teams (Iran). -Italy-Bulgaria), statistically significant differences also appeared between the group of high-level teams and the group of middle-level teams (including the Egyptian team) in favor of the high-level teams in the effectiveness of serving, attacking hitting and blocking, which requires attention to selecting players for the teams. Young people through objective scientific measurements (morphological, physiological, biomechanical, physical, etc.), and the coaches’ interest in training players in the blocking skill, as there was a clear decline in the performance of this skill by the Egyptian national team players compared to the rest of the teams participating in the tournament. |
