| المستخلص: | يهدف البحث إلى إبراز اهتمام علماء عمان بالتدوين الأصولي في الموسوعات الشرعية العمانية، وكشف الخصائص التي يمتاز التدوين الأصولي في الموسوعات الشرعية العمانية، وتتبع تطوّر التدوين الأصولي في الموسوعات الشرعية العمانية. وتكمن مشكلة البحث في بيان حجم النتاج الأصولي المتمثل في المباحث الأصولية المبوبة في الموسوعات الشرعية العمانية، وكشف سمات التدوين الأصولي من خلال المباحث الأصولية في الموسوعات الشرعية العمانية، وملاحظة التطورات المصاحبة للتدوين الأصولي عبر التسلسل التاريخي للموسوعات الشرعية العمانية. وينهج البحث منهج الاستقراء من خلال تتبع المباحث الأصولية في الموسوعات الشرعية العمانية، ومنهج المقارنة في إبراز الخصائص التي تميز كل موسوعة عن غيرها في ضوء المباحث الأصولية، والمنهج التحليلي في دراسة المباحث الأصولية ووصفها من الناحية الكمية، وتوضيح خصائصها من الناحية الكيفية. ومن أهم نتائج البحث: - ينتظم علماء عمان مع غيرهم من المذاهب الأخرى، في الإسهام البارز في علم أصول الفقه. - تؤكد الدراسة أن منهج علماء عمان في أصول الفقه لا يخرج عن منهج علماء الأصول من المتكلمين والفقهاء، ولكنه أقرب إلى المتكلمين منهجا، ولا يُعدم من شبه بمنهج الفقهاء في بعض المباحث. - تأثرت الكتابات الأصولية الإباضية بمناهج علماء الأصول من شتى المذاهب، وبرزت فيها المقارنات والتحليلات والنقود والنقول. - المباحث الأصولية في الموسوعات الشرعية المتقدمة كانت قليلة، وأخذت منحى الزيادة والتنوع والتعدد تباعا إلى أن وصلت إلى مرحلة من تكامل المباحث الأصولية واستقلالها. - المباحث الأصولية في الموسوعات الشرعية المتقدمة كانت متفرقة بين الأبواب، وتزاحمها مباحث أخرى غير أصولية، ثم أخذت منحى التلاحم والانسجام إلى أن وصلت إلى حالة من الإفراد واستقلال المباحث بالأبواب والأجزاء. - المباحث الأصولية في الموسوعات الشرعية المتقدمة لم تعن بالإسهاب والتكثير من التفريع والاستدلال، ثم أخذ طابع الإسهاب يتسلل إلى المباحث الأصولية تباعا، إلى أن اتسمت المباحث الأصولية بالإسهاب في القرون المتأخرة. - مصادر المؤلفين في المباحث الأصولية في الموسوعات الشرعية المتقدمة كانت قليلة، ثم أخذت بالتوسع والكثرة والتنوع تباعا بسبب كثرة التصنيف الأصولي. This research pursues to highlight the attention of Oman scholars with transcription of jurisprudence fundamental literature in the Omani Sharia encyclopedias, uncover the characteristics featuring the transcription of jurisprudence fundamental literature in the Omani Sharia encyclopedias, tracking the development of transcription of jurisprudence fundamental literature in the Omani Sharia encyclopedias. The research problem lies within clarifying the magnitude of jurisprudence fundamentals production in the subjects of jurisprudence fundamentals indexed in the Omani Sharia encyclopedias, explore the features pertaining to transcription of jurisprudence fundamentals through jurisprudence fundamentals subjects in the Omani Sharia encyclopedias and noting the accompanying developments for jurisprudence fundamentals transcription through chronological history of Omani Sharia encyclopedias. The research applies the inductive approach by tracking jurisprudence fundamentals subjects in Omani Sharia encyclopedias, while the research adopts the comparative approach for emphasizing the characteristics featuring each encyclopedia in light of jurisprudence fundamentals subjects in addition to the analytical approach in reviewing the jurisprudence fundamentals subjects, quantitatively describing them and qualitatively highlighting their features. The most prominent research findings include: - The scholars of Oman participate in the prominent contribution to the science of jurisprudence fundamentals, along with other sects. - The study confirms that the approach of scholars of Oman in the jurisprudence fundamentals does not deviate from the approach of the scholars of jurisprudence fundamentals, whether theologians and jurists, however, it is closer to the theologians in approach, and there is no lack of resemblance to the approach of jurists in some subjects. - The Ibadhi jurisprudence fundamental literature was affected by the approached of the scholars of jurisprudence fundamentals from various sects, wherein the comparisons, analysis, criticisms and citations were prominent features. - The early jurisprudence fundamental subjects in the Sharia encyclopedias were scarce, however, they increased, diversified and multiplied until they accomplished a level of integration and independence of jurisprudence fundamental subjects. - The late jurisprudence fundamental subjects in the Sharia encyclopedias are scattered among sections and accompanied by other subject not related to the jurisprudence fundamentals, however, they were unified and harmonized until they accomplished a level of independence of subjects in sections and chapters. - The jurisprudence fundamental subjects in the early Sharia encyclopedias were not concerned with elaboration and diversified branches and reasoning, however, the feature of elaboration was gradually introduced to the jurisprudence fundamental subjects until the jurisprudence fundamental subjects were feature by elaboration during late centuries. - The sources of authors in jurisprudence fundamental subjects in the early Sharia encyclopedias were few, then expanded, increased and diversified due to the increase of jurisprudence fundamental literature. |
