| 520 | |a هدف البحث إلى تحديد دوافع العمل التطوعي والخدمي في مجال تربية الطفل من وجهة نظر عينة البحث (أعضاء هيئة التدريس، باحثات، موجهات، معلمات، خريجات، طالبات)، ورصد واقع الأنشطة التطوعية والخدمية في مجال تربية الطفل من وجهة نظر عينة البحث وتحديد معوقات العمل التطوعي والخدمي في مجال تربية الطفل من وجهة نظر عينة البحث فضلا عن التعرف على بعض الخبرات والمعايير العالمية المرتبطة بالعمل التطوعي والخدمي في مجال تربية الطفل، وتقديم مقترحات لتطوير العمل التطوعي والخدمي في مجال تربية الطفل في مصر في ضوء نتائج الدراسة النظرية والميدانية، واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي، كما تمثلت أداته في استبانة من إعداد الباحثة للتعرف على دوافع وواقع ومعوقات العمل التطوعي والخدمي في مجال تربية الطفل، وتكونت العينة من (۳۹۷) موزعة كالتالي (أعضاء هيئة تدريس ۲۲، معاونون ۲۰، موجهات ٥، معلمات ٦٧، خريجات ٣٦، طالبات بكالوريوس ۲۳۹- طالبات دراسات عليا ۸)، وتوصلت النتائج الخاصة بدوافع للعمل التطوعي والخدمي في مجال تربية الطفل جاءت عبارة (تلبية للواجب الديني) في الترتيب الأول، فيما جاءت عبارة (تمشيا مع الثقافة المجتمعية المحيطة والتحضر والرقي الإنساني) في الترتيب الأخير، أما عن نتائج البحث الخاصة بواقع الأنشطة التطوعية والخدمية في مجال تربية الطفل فجاءت بنسبة ضعيفة، في حين تحققت جميع عبارات محور المعوقات بدرجة كبيرة من وجهة نظر عينة البحث، وانتهى البحث بتقديم العديد من المقترحات لتطوير العمل التطوعي والخدمي في مجال تربية الطفل في مصر في ضوء نتائج الدراسة الميدانية والخبرات والمعايير الدولية التي تم عرضها في الجزء النظري للبحث، ومن هذه المقترحات تبني القيادة السياسية لرؤية مجتمعية تنموية داعمة للعمل التطوعي والخدمي في مجال تربية الطفل كمشارك أساسي في عملية التنمية - على غرار الجهات الحكومية- على مستوى الأفراد والجمعيات، وتشكيل مؤسسات مجتمعية مسئولة عن الأعمال التطوعية في المجالات المختلفة بشكل عام وتربية الطفل بشكل خاص إدارتها وتنظيمها وتقويمها، وعقد اتفاقية محددة للأدوار والمسئوليات وأشكال التواصل والمتابعة لجميع أطراف العمل التطوعي والخدمي في مجال تربية الطفل، بالإضافة إلى تشكيل فرق العمل التطوعي والخدمي في مجال تربية الطفل بناء على القدرات والمهارات المتميزة سواء في مجال إدارة التطوع أو المتطوعين، وتضمين جميع مؤسسات رياض الأطفال ومؤسسات تربية الأطفال العاديين وذوي الهمم معايير تتعلق بالعمل التطوعي في المجال مع تفعيل العمل بها وجعلها من وسائل التقييم لجودة المؤسسة والأفراد العاملين والمنتسبين لها، وبشكل يتوافق مع الخطط الاستراتيجية لها.. وغيرها. |b The aim of the research is to determine the motives of voluntary and service work in the field of child education from the point of view of the research sample (faculty members, researchers, mentors, teachers, graduates, female students), and to monitor the reality of the voluntary and the service activities in the field of child education from the point of view of the research sample and to determine Obstacles to the voluntary and the service work in the field of child-rearing from the point of view of the research sample, as well as identifying some international experiences and standards related to voluntary and service work in the field of the child-rearing, and submitting proposals for developing the voluntary and the service work in the field of the child-rearing in Egypt in the light of the findings of the theoretical and field study. The research is used a descriptive method, and its tool was represented in a questionnaire prepared by the researcher to identify the motives, reality and obstacles of voluntary and service work in the field of the child rearing. the sample was consisted of (397) distributed as (faculty members 22-assistants 20- mentors 20- female teachers 67- graduates 36- bachelors’ students 239- post-graduate students 7), and the findings were related to motives for the voluntary and the service work in the field of the child-rearing came with the phrase (to fulfill religious duty) in the first place, while the phrase came (in line with the surrounding societal culture In the last order, as for the results of the research on the reality of the voluntary and the service activities in the field of the child-rearing, they came in a weak percentage, while all the expressions of the axis of obstacles were achieved to a large extent from the point of view of the research sample, and the research was ended with the presentation of many proposals for the development of the volunteer work and the service in the field of the child-rearing in Egypt in the light of the findings of the field study and international experiences and standards that were presented in the theoretical part of the research, and among these proposals: the adoption of the political leadership of a developmental community vision that supports the voluntary and the service work in the field of the child-rearing as a basic participant in the development process- similar to the authorities Government- at the level of the individuals and the associations, the formation of community institutions that are responsible for the voluntary work at the various fields in general and the child rearing in particular, managing, organizing and evaluating them, contracting a specific agreement for roles and responsibilities, forms of communication and follow-up for all parties to the volunteer and the service work in the field of the child rearing, in addition to forming work teams Voluntary and service activities in the field of child rearing, based on the distinguished capabilities and skills, whether in the field of the volunteer management or the volunteers Including in all kindergartens and institutions for raising ordinary children and people with disabilities standards related to voluntary work in the field, while activating their work and making them a means of evaluating the quality of the institution and its working and affiliated personnel, in a manner consistent with its strategic plan.. and others. | ||
