| المستخلص: | من المعلوم أن السنة النبوية هي المصدر الثاني للتشريع لذلك تناولها أعداء الإسلام بالطعن والتشويه وإثارة الشبهات حولها، بشتى الوسائل ومختلف الأساليب وهدفهم هدم الدين كله، لذا تناولت في هذا البحث أبرز الشبهات المثارة حول حجية السنة النبوية وقمت بالرد عليها بطريقي النقض والمعارضة، وتطرقت لتعريف الدليل والشبهة والفرق بينهما، وتعريف السنة النبوية ومنزلتها من القرآن الكريم، وقمت بالرد على شبهة الاكتفاء بالقرآن الكريم ومنكري حجية السنة النبوية، وتناولت دعوى "أخبار الآحاد لا يحتج بها والرد عليها، والمنكرون للاحتجاج بخبر الآحاد مطلقا، وموقف العلماء من الاحتجاج بخبر الآحاد في العقائد، وخلاصة القول في هذه المسألة. وختم البحث بذكر أهم النتائج والمقترحات التي توصلت إليها من خلال الدراسة. It is known that the Sunnah of the Prophet is the second source of legislation so addressed by the enemies of Islam to challenge and distort and raise suspicions around, by various means and various methods and their goal is to destroy the whole religion, so I dealt in this research the most prominent suspicions raised about the authenticity of the Sunnah of the Prophet and I responded to them through the veto and opposition, and touched on the definition of evidence and suspicion and the difference between them, and the definition of the Sunnah of the Prophet and its status from the Holy Quran, and I responded to the suspicion of sufficiency with the Holy Quran and deniers of the authenticity of the Sunnah, and dealt with the lawsuit "News Sundays not invoked and the response to them", and those who deny the invocation of the news of Sundays at all, and the position of the scholars on invoking the news of Sundays in beliefs, and the bottom line in this matter. The research concluded by mentioning the most important findings and suggestions reached through the study. |
