| المستخلص: | إن مقاصد العباد من أداء العبادات التقرب إلى الله عز وجل؛ بفعل ما أمرهم به واجتناب ما نهاهم عنه، كما أن مقاصد الشارع في العبادات جلب المصالح للمكلفين ودرء المفاسد عنهم في أمور دينهم ودنياهم، ويأتي هذا البحث لبيان مقاصد الشريعة الغراء من التكرار في باب العبادات. وأما الخاتمة فقد اشتملت على أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها من خلال هذا البحث، ومنها: أن المقاصد في الاصطلاح تعني الغايات التي أتت الشريعة لتحقيقها، والعبادات في الاصطلاح تعني التوجه والخضوع لله تعالى، وأن التكرار في العبادات متنوع باعتبارات تسع؛ هي: التكرار باعتبار التماثل والاختلاف، والتكرار باعتباره عملي أو معنوي، والتكرار باعتبار الوسائل والمقاصد، والتكرار باعتبار المتعلق، والتكرار باعتبار الأوامر والنواهي، والتكرار باعتبار التحديد وعدمه، والتكرار باعتبار التعليق والإطلاق، والتكرار باعتبار التكليف، والتكرار باعتبار النزول، وأن للشارع أربعة مقاصد في تكرار العبادات؛ هي: الكشف عن الأوصاف المؤثرة، ومحو المفاسد وإزالتها، وتكامل المصالح وحمايتها، وسلم للغايات. أن كتاب مقاصد العبادات وأثرها الفقهي لشيخنا الأستاذ الدكتور سليمان النجران تفرد بالنص على مقاصد التكرار في العبادات. The purposes of the servants of performing acts of worship are to draw closer to God Almighty; By doing what he ordered them to do and avoiding what he forbade them from, just as the purposes of the law in worship are to bring benefits to those charged with warding off evil from them in their religious and worldly affairs. As for the conclusion, it included the most important results that I reached through this research, including: that maqasid in terminology means the goals that the Sharia came to achieve, and acts of worship in terminology mean orientation and submission to God Almighty, and that repetition in worship is diverse with nine considerations; They are: repetition in the sense of similarity and difference, repetition in the sense of practical or moral, repetition in the consideration of means and purposes, repetition in the consideration of the related, repetition in the sense of commands and prohibitions, repetition in the sense of defining or not, repetition in the sense of suspension and release, repetition in the sense of assignment, repetition in the sense of descent, and that the Lawgiver has four purposes. in repeating acts of worship; They are: revealing influential descriptions, erasing and removing evils, integrating and protecting interests, and achieving goals. The book The Objectives of Worship and Its Jurisprudential Impact by our Sheikh, Professor Dr. Sulaiman Al-Najran, is unique in stipulating the objectives of repetition in worship. |
