| المستخلص: | هدف البحث الحالي إلى إلقاء الضوء على تعليم ريادة الأعمال من خلال تعرف مفهوم تعليم ريادة الأعمال وتطوره التاريخي، حيث تطور مجال تعليم ريادة الأعمال في العديد من دول العالم عبر الزمن، ويستمر في التطور والنمو بشكل ملحوظ، وكذلك تعرف بعض خصائص تعليم ريادة الأعمال ومدي أهمية تعليم ريادة الأعمال في المدارس والجامعات وبعض مخاطر تعليم ريادة الأعمال، بالإضافة إلى رصد بعض التحديات التي تواجه تعليم ريادة الأعمال بمصر، وكذلك إلقاء الضوء على خبرة الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية في تعليم ريادة الأعمال للاستفادة منها في تطوير ذلك النوع من التعليم. وكان من أهم نتائج البحث أن تعليم ريادة الأعمال في مصر يعاني عموما من تحديات، والتي منها ما يعود إلى السياسات التعليمية وبعضها يرجع إلى المناهج الدراسية واستراتيجيات التدريس والمعلم، والبعض الآخر يعود إلى البيئة الاجتماعية المحيطة والأسرة والفرد نفسه مما يترتب عليه ضعف مستوي خريجي المؤسسات التعليمية وضعف قدرتهم على الإبداع واستثمار الفرص المتاحة والتوظيف الذاتي وعدم مناسبتهم لسوق العمل وحاجات التنمية، كما توصل البحث إلى أنه يمكن الاستفادة من خبرة الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية في تعليم ريادة الأعمال في مواجهة تحديات تعليم ريادة الأعمال وتطويره في مصر، وتوصل البحث إلى مقترحات إجرائية لتطوير تعليم ريادة الأعمال في مصر في ضوء خبرة الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية. The aim of the current research is to shed light on entrepreneurship education by identifying the concept of entrepreneurship education and its historical development, as the field of entrepreneurship education has developed in many countries of the world over time, and continues to develop and grow significantly, as well as identifying some characteristics of entrepreneurship education and its importance Entrepreneurship education in schools and universities and some of the risks of entrepreneurship education, in addition to monitoring some of the challenges facing entrepreneurship education in Egypt, as well as shedding light on the experience of the United States of America in entrepreneurship education to benefit from it in the development of this type of education. One of the most important results of the research was that entrepreneurship education in Egypt generally suffers from challenges, some of which are due to educational policies, some due to school curricula, teaching strategies and the teacher, and others due to the surrounding social environment, the family and the individual himself, which results in a poor level of graduates of educational institutions. And their weak ability to innovate and invest in the available opportunities and self-employment, and their lack of suitability for the labor market and development needs.
