| المستخلص: | أضحى إدماج تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات في التعليم دعامة أساسية وخيارا استراتيجيا للارتقاء بجودة التعليم. ففي ظل التسارع التكنولوجي الذي يعيشه العالم في جل الميادين، شهد الحقل التربوي بدوره ولادة عهد جديد مخالف لعهد الأمس والذي أدى إلى ظهور تقنيات وأساليب تعلم جديدة أكثر فعالية وتأثيرا على أداء المتعلم، من بين هذه الأنواع نذكر: الواقع الافتراضي، الواقع المعزز، تقنية التلعيب، التعلم الذكي، والنظم الذكية. تعد النظم الذكية القائمة على تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي نقلة نوعية وأحد التحديات التي تواجه النظام التعليمي، لذلك يتوجب لزاما إيجاد التوازن الصحيح بين الجوانب التربوية والتقنية من أجل الاستفادة بشكل صحيح من القدرات الهائلة التي تتيحها هاته التقنية. من خلال الاستفادة من النظم الذكية، يمكننا تقديم تطبيقات مبتكرة في مجال التعليم؛ على سبيل المثال، يمكن أتمتة أنشطة معينة كتصحيح الامتحانات، التحكم في أنماط التعلم، التنبؤ بالمسارات الأكاديمية للمتعلم، التنبؤ بنتائج التعلم، التنبؤ بأداء الطالب ومستواه، تشخيص أخطاء المتعلم، فضلا عن أتمتة المهام الإدارية. تهدف هذه الورقة إلى تسليط الضوء على الدور الذي يلعبه الذكاء الاصطناعي "Artificial intelligence" وأنترنيت الأشياء "Internet of Things" في مواجهة العديد من التحديات لتحسين الممارسات الصفية وتجويد أساليب التدريس. من بين التحديات التي ستناقشها الورقة: خلق محيط تعلم ذكي يقوم بتحديد أساليب التعلم الخاصة بكل متعلم وجعل محتوى التعلم قابلا للتكيف في أي مكان وزمان. The integration of information and communication technology in education has become a mainstay and a strategic choice to improve the quality of education. In light of the technological acceleration that the world is experiencing in most fields, the educational field, in turn, witnessed the birth of a new era that contradicts the era of the past., which led to the emergence of new techniques and methods of learning that are more effective and influential on the learner’s performance. Among these types, we mention virtual reality, augmented reality, and gamification technology. Intelligent learning, intelligent systems. Smart systems based on artificial intelligence applications are a quantum leap and one of the challenges facing the educational system. Therefore, it is necessary to find the right balance between the educational and technical aspects to properly benefit from the enormous capabilities offered by this technology. By taking advantage of smart systems, we can provide innovative applications in the field of education. For example, certain activities can be automated, such as correcting exams, controlling learning patterns, predicting academic paths for the learner, predicting learning outcomes, predicting student performance and level, diagnosing learner errors, and automating administrative tasks. This paper aims to highlight the role played by artificial intelligence and the Internet of Things in facing many challenges to improve classroom practices and teaching methods. Among the challenges that the paper will discuss are creating an intelligent learning environment that identifies the learning styles of each learner and making the learning content adaptable anywhere and at any time. |
